The room was beautiful and clean and had everything you needed The view from our terrace was lovely

For a 5 Star hotel I expected a 5 star breakfast but I was extremely disappointed. We had to ask 3 times for a cup of coffee and a pot of hot water which we eventually got once we had finished our breakfast. The dining area was extremely messy with loads of tables needing clearing . And the hot food looked unappetising and dried out.Being a chef myself and running my own B&B I would be extremely devastated if my guests had had to experience the same chaos that we were confronted with

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andorra Park Hotel. The concierge was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our time there. We visited for skiing, New Year's celebrations, and a birthday, and everything was exceptional. Although the hotel is somewhat far from the ski slopes, they offer comfortable transfers at various times for two ski resorts and can pick you up anytime. At first glance, the New Year's dinner seemed a bit pricey at 840 euros for two people, but it was truly well-prepared. The food was excellent, and the entertainment kept us engaged. Since my birthday falls on January 1st, it's usually challenging to find a restaurant that’s open. However, the hotel restaurant was available, and we had a fantastic dinner there. The concierge also assisted my husband in arranging surprises for me in our room.

The spa is tiny. Only 6 loungers near the pool are too few for this size hotel. Also, a lot of people don't speak English at all, like the transfer drivers or the staff in the restaurant. Sometimes, it was hard to order coffee at breakfast because they didn't understand us.

It’s a wonderful hotel near the shopping center of Andorra la Vella, and it was a fantastic experience. Despite being close to the city’s bustling shopping district, the hotel is tucked away from the traffic, offering a peaceful retreat. The views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely breathtaking – a perfect backdrop for relaxation especially when we were using the spa. The hotel’s staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure every need was met. The facilities were spotless, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were visiting our son in Andorra and had no idea what the city or this hotel would be like. We were very happy to discover that the APH is a peaceful sanctuary in busy Andorra. The grounds are beautiful, it is quiet, and the views from the garden view room are lovely. The rooms are modern, spacious and sparkling clean. The facilities are great, although it was so hot during our visit that we never made it to the spacious gym, opting instead for the pool or the gorgeous hiking trails for our exercise. Beyond the hotel itself, the staff throughout the hotel was warm, friendly and always accommodating. Jose Ramon ran the breakfast dining area like we were guests in his home. He greeted each guest warmly and worked incessantly to ensure that everyone was taken care of. Because of him and the delicious offerings, breakfast was my favorite meal of the day. Lautaro the bellhop was also extremely friendly and always available to help answer questions or procure anything extra we needed. At the pool, Jordi (sp?) worked hard to ensure that guests had drinks, towels, food etc. He was a lovely example of Andorran hospitality and warmth.

The only negative experience we had was with the restaurant manager Ramon. He was often rude when interacting with guests and strutted around the pool restaurant like an unhappy dictator. We watched him wagging his finger angrily at a young couple and their baby and he always looked unhappy to be at work.

Location is great. It doesn’t look like this on a map but by going thru short cuts lifts you literally get to the center of the city in 10 minutes. View from the room over the valley is stunning. Very elegant hotel. Food and the garden restaurant is excellent. Breakfast fruits selection impressive. Service desk is perfect. We have lost our sun glasses in the bus and everyone was so helpful to get them back. There are two paddle courts. Massage great. The room is big. Overall we would come back.

Rooms need some update. It’s not dramatic but for such price would require so. Service room door at the 4th level requires fast change because they are damaging well looking design of that level. Ski room is a joke. 2,5m by 2m. It was place for max 10 ski and was 20 there so all mixed up mess. No heating for boots just shelves with no lockers. For such beautiful hotel, 21 century it’s a joke in such region.

Very nicely appointed rooms - lots of space and good quality fixtures/fittings. The view from the balcony into the mountains was fantastic, and the hotels leisure facilities (gym, sauna, grounds) were excellent. Good access to hiking in the mountains.... though my legs didn't appreciate the 20km mountain scramble we did! Excellent breakfast.

The 'fine dining' restaurant was less fine than I expected at the price point - well intentioned, but didn't 'wow' us. You're better off heading to Ana Cerezo just down the road for outstanding wines and tapas.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The shopping district and restaurants in Andorra La Vella are within walking distance. The room we stay in had amazing views of the mountains and city. It was spacious with a generous balcony and a small kitchenette. The heated pool was a good size and perfect for relaxing after a day spent the walking.

The extra £20 per day for the parking was excessive in view of the rates we were already paying for the room.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was big and it has an amazing view to the mountains. The breakfast has many choices and it was in a very sunny room. The garden was perfect to play with the kids and enjoy the fresh air. The pool was also super nice and all staff and facilities were kid friendly.

Initially, we thought it’s quite difficult to walk up to the hotel from the city center, but we discovered you can take the elevator in the Pyrenees shopping center to the 5th floor and you can exist via the parking directly where the hotel is, which was very convenient especially walking with a 2.5 year old.

This hotel is all and more than I expected. Beautifully located with views across the main city to the mountains. The room was exceptionally well prepared. Great comfy bed...beautiful bathroom and lighting was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were very helpful with excellent English which makes it easier for us. We used roo service for dinner..such amazing food provided.

Sorry we could only stay one night.That is all.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service and staff are fabulous, giving that true sense of a 5-star hotel. Gym is small but well equipped, the interior pool includes the Sauna and Turkish bath (The outdoor pool was closed due to being off-season). First time getting a massage as well and was pretty nice. Once again, the staff super kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good however not as varied as I expected due to the size of the hotel, but everything there (both sweet and salt) were delicious. The hotel itself is a little strange to navigate if you're staying at the "Suites wing", but after a couple of walks, it's easy to cruise around. Bedroom was overall nice, bathroom had both a hot tub and a shower, bed has comfy however i little too soft for my taste. Had dinner at their restaurant and once again, the 5 stars shine with the personnel. I ordered the Steak Tartare (super recommended) as they prepare it table-side.

The furniture and overall structures of the hotel had some wear and tear due to normal usage, so some minor renovations should do the trick. Finally, addressing my biggest (and only) criticism about the suite: The view. What you see in the picture was all the view I had (there's another window in the bathroom but doesn't play a part here). Personally, I found the window in the room not only small, but positioned in a place that makes you feel a little "caged". My proposal would be to widen that window and make it a panoramic view so that when sitting on the desk, have that splendid view of the mountains.
