We loved everything about this hotel. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. They go that extra mile for you to make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable. The location is great, in the shopping street, short (10-15 min) walk to “the old town” and 5 minutes to Caldea spa. We also enjoyed the restaurant a lot, delicious food (we had breakfast and dinner there). The room facilities and comfort are everywhere you would except from a 5* hotel, very large and comfortable bed, clean and soundproof. We had an excellent experience and we will definitely be back to this hotel.

Everything! Lovely big beds, cooling and light system were very high tech. Loved having a bath. Breakfast was great. Turn down service with the chocolate was so nice. I unfortunately caught a fever while I was there so I felt awful and had to stay some extra nights but it was the most comfortable place to be when unwell!

This is so specific but it drove me mad. The stone frame around the bath jutted out further than the bath edge so when you lean your head back you’re resting it on some sticking out stone- it was so uncomfortable and I hit my head more than once.

A very nice Hotel, very good and nice staff. diner and breakfats were amazingly good. rooms are very comfy!

the way i had to park, i expect in 5* hotel valet parking, and the parking they had i could not park my car, i had to park it at another garage, i think that should be done by the staff.( that is what i am used to in 5* hotels.)

The room was exceptionally equipped, the staff and service were excellent, we would definitely recommend it warmly, The breakfast is very rich, at a high level. The rooms and all the facilities are very clean. We arrived at the hotel, a couple and a baby. The attitude of the staff and the service were excellent and exceptional Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was comfortable, clean and attractive. The bed was perfect. The staff were delightful and extremely helpful. We also tried the desserts in the restaurant and they were delicious, as was the breakfast. We ended up staying twice because we went to France for a bit and came back through Andorra and decided we couldn't possibly stay anywhere else, when we arrived we found they had upgraded us for free.

Nothing, it's awesome. If you have a choice, choose this one.

Location is perfect, friendly staff

There was no creamer pots for coffee in the room which is not a big deal but is an easy fix to prevent having to call reception to bring milk in the morning

There were black hairs left on the freshly laundered bed linen. The hotel should pay closer attention to their laundry processes.

Service, staff lazy ! Food not worth money witch they asking! As international hotel staff have to know English but unfortunately they don't know language

Great location and really nice inside warm and comfortable, it’s right on the main Street and restaurant is good.

Needed a sauna but just a little too small but would just make it cherry on top.

Location brilliant, extremely comfortable beds, very nice restaurant upstairs.We could see from our room views of the Pyrenees, also from all the restaurants . Shopping was amazing. Staff were very helpful. Definitely 5*.
