The owners are some of the most pleasant people we have ever met, which gave our stay the right tone from the start. Our apartment had everything you need to live, make your own food, and so on. The view from our stay way also very nice, with a cute creek running just behind the house and mountains all around. It was very easy to get to lots of beautiful outdoor places from the apartment (mountains, ski resorts & lookouts, national parks, sightseeing), although there were plenty of walks directly from the property. We would absolutely stay there again.

We had an apartment just above the apartments that get a little garden area on the ground floor and had smokers staying right below us during our stay. That meant that cigarette smoke got into our apartment quite regularly and we couldn't keep the windows open for extended periods of time.

Bins for managing the rubbish and recycling- Although the staff managed this for us. There was no mop or spray cleaner for surfaces. Accidents happen to everyone- a broken bottle of cava was really tough to clean up at night. Toilet roll quality could be better too.

Great location, the owners are very attentive and nice. Our room had a cosy garden facing the river.

During our stay there were construction works very close to the hotel. Very annoying loud noice started at 9 am even on Saturday. No one let us know in advance that we are going to experience it.

Perfect location to ski in Ordino, Gil was extremely friendly and gave us great advice about where to eat in Ordino and tips on what to do and visit. The place is excellent, easy to park at the main entrance and the private car park. The apartments are large, clean, and new, with functional tv and good wifi. All items required to cook, great heating. Comfy mattresses, I was positively surprised with the bunk bed, as it had proper mattresses and a very good pillow. It will be my to-go place from now onwards when visiting Andorra.

Nothing to complain.

The location is wonderful. Within a short car trip there are mountains and lakes. The hiking Lake trail (Nou trail) is a pleasure to do, and can be combined with a chairlift journey and a lunch/dinner in restaurant LaComa. The capital Andorra la Vella is within 20 minutes ride. The hotel is easy to find, the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms look over mountains and a river, it is quiet and beautiful. It is worthwhile to take a room with a terrace, but also more budget accommodations without balcony are fine.

The bathroom was rather outdated, the sink was clogged.

Very nice hotel. Chic. Parking is a nightmare in Andorra but this hotel has plenty of parking. The champagne breakfast was absolutely superb.

i was not overly impressed by El Serrat, it was pretty dead out of ski season.

Beautiful setting. It was clean and the staff very were nice and couldn’t do enough for us.

Quiet and cozy apartment with great location. There is a waterfall near the hotel and the small garden where you can rest. You can order tasty continental breakfast in the restaurant or you can cook at the kitchen in your apartment. Gil sent us many good roots for hiking, but we only managed to visit two of them. So we will definitely be back.

Everything was great. We came to enjoy the nature, not to find flaws

We liked everything and Gil was very helpful and very kind. If we ever come again to Andorra for sure we will choose the same place to stay.
