Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

If being picky the pool is too small to swim, it is truly a spa pool only.

This is a wonderful hotel, with gorgeous views! The staff were all friendly and professional. Though rustic on the outside, the hotel is updated, clean, and modern. The bed was more comfortable than many European beds. Dinner was very good, and breakfast was excellent! I especially want to rave about the fruit. They had a large selection to choose from and each piece was ripe to perfection.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Lovely location, excellent kitchen, very nice wines. Great staff. Overall I can recommend this hotel, but in summer, make sure you stay in a room overlooking the valley (taking advantage of the breeze)

We were there in summer, in a mezzanine family room, and there was no airco. The room was way to hot to be comfortable, and facing the road, there little wind. The small portable van did not really do anything but move the hot air around. Also, I was a bit disappointed that the spa was not included, and subject to a extra fee with a time slot.

Very modern, beautifully furnished and comfortable hotel. Well worth the visit. All staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. We received an upgraded room without asking or being told that this was the case. First class service absolutely a 5 star hotel.

We really liked the hotel, it’s beautiful location high up in the mountains and close to many hiking trails. We would like to highlight that the stuff was always really excellent, very nice and helpful. Nice spacious rooms, very clean, bed very comfortable.

The only little downside is that we were missing a coffee or tea maker in the room, which we consider a standard at four star Hotel. All the rest was perfect.

I really loved the dinner, is probably the best dinner we ever had in a hotel in Andorra (And we´ve been in plenty). Breakfast very good too. Staff super friendly in reception and restaurant.

Nothing to be said

We were there for only one night visiting the beautiful little nation and had to depart very early in the morning. The staff were kind enough to put out a significant cold buffet for us despite being well before the scheduled breakfast time. It included much more than one might imagine. I won't spoil the pleasant surprise. It was great!

The turn the parking lot lights off at night. While we left at dawn, I had to place items in the car before the sun was up. Some lighting would be better, but I understand reducing it from the early evening full brightness.

Location, staff, food and facilities. All of these were really excellent in the stay. If you location for a place that attend all your needs, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Very clean . Available free parking outside front of hotel. Garage parking also available underground if space not available (there is a charge for the garage). Good food in restaurant. Comfortable beds. We had room with a balcony which was good to have - beautiful views. Approx. 10 mins from Ordino which was a nice town.

No a/c in room (or we didn’t find it). It became very hot in the night and we had to open balcony door to get some air.
