The bathroom room is very outdated and the toiletries supplied are terrible well below the standard expected for this hotel. The shower water pressure and temperature fluctuated drastically The bed and pillows where old and lumpy However I did get the cheapest deal available so..

One of the closest hotels to the slopes. The restaurant was great value. 3 course meal for €25. Staff were so polite and very helpful. The Spa was gorgeous and we had it all to ourselves. Rooms were big and spacious and we had a gorgeous view of the river. There was also a bus that went into town for only 20cent.

We would have liked longer in the spa. An hour and a half was just a bit short.

Extremely well cared hotel with perfect service and cleanness. Very close to Ordino ski resort, with parking and nice restaurant and SPA. We got a room with amazing water cascade view. Half board includes very nice dinner in hotel’s restaurant. Lovely place to relax and enjoy the nature

The breakfast should include vegetables and more diversity. This is important for people who stays for long period.

Excellent restaurant. 25Euro 3 course menu is fantastic value. Breakfast is a buffet with loads of choice including decent coffee. Comfortable room with decent WiFi. Great location for hiking into the mountains

We liked everything, apart from small things. The window view was great, very quite place with nature sounds.

We liked everything, but we missed toothbrushes and slippers in the room. Also in the minibar, we expected to see at least water, but there was none.

Very pleasant property away from any major town in a quiet location. The Spa was very good with all the usual things that you would expect of a spa and massages available.

It was a shame that the spa was an additional cost on top of the room charge and had to be booked, but it helped to keep your session uncrowded.

Good views higher up in the valley but a bit isolated. Good location for exploring Andorra. Good breakfast that was included. Comfortable bed and English news channels on TV.

Room was cold and we couldn’t turn up the heat. Micro fridge didn’t work. They really should not serve powdered scrambled eggs with breakfast. They smelled bad and tasted worse.

It was an exceptional stay with magnificent views, high-level hotel services, cozy room and friendly staff. I even extended my stay there for one more day :)

The staff members were not only super kind but also incredibly helpful The place is amazing and the hotel is really beautiful. Super close to the sky center Ordino.

At 7:30 AM we began to hear chairs moving since the restaurant was over in some rooms which was a really mess since our rest time was not fully respected.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! Such a perfect location, quiet and serene. The staff were all so friendly & helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. Would 100% recommend to others.
