The bathroom room is very outdated and the toiletries supplied are terrible well below the standard expected for this hotel. The shower water pressure and temperature fluctuated drastically The bed and pillows where old and lumpy However I did get the cheapest deal available so..

One of the closest hotels to the slopes. The restaurant was great value. 3 course meal for €25. Staff were so polite and very helpful. The Spa was gorgeous and we had it all to ourselves. Rooms were big and spacious and we had a gorgeous view of the river. There was also a bus that went into town for only 20cent.

We would have liked longer in the spa. An hour and a half was just a bit short.

Extremely well cared hotel with perfect service and cleanness. Very close to Ordino ski resort, with parking and nice restaurant and SPA. We got a room with amazing water cascade view. Half board includes very nice dinner in hotel’s restaurant. Lovely place to relax and enjoy the nature

The breakfast should include vegetables and more diversity. This is important for people who stays for long period.

We liked everything, apart from small things. The window view was great, very quite place with nature sounds.

We liked everything, but we missed toothbrushes and slippers in the room. Also in the minibar, we expected to see at least water, but there was none.

Very pleasant property away from any major town in a quiet location. The Spa was very good with all the usual things that you would expect of a spa and massages available.

It was a shame that the spa was an additional cost on top of the room charge and had to be booked, but it helped to keep your session uncrowded.

Good views higher up in the valley but a bit isolated. Good location for exploring Andorra. Good breakfast that was included. Comfortable bed and English news channels on TV.

Room was cold and we couldn’t turn up the heat. Micro fridge didn’t work. They really should not serve powdered scrambled eggs with breakfast. They smelled bad and tasted worse.

The staff members were not only super kind but also incredibly helpful The place is amazing and the hotel is really beautiful. Super close to the sky center Ordino.

At 7:30 AM we began to hear chairs moving since the restaurant was over in some rooms which was a really mess since our rest time was not fully respected.

Very comfortable room, with all amenities (except a kettle :-( ). Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Super nice staff although struggling to speak in English. A big shout out to Jose Maria at Reception who helped to get us out of a sticky snow situation with the car. We didn't test out Spa facilities so no comment on that.

Breakfast. Too oily and very heavy on pastry, with almost no option to go for, for non gluten eating people.

Everything: Restaurant was excellent, staff is exceptional, great location for endless hiking trails, nice large room with extremely comfortable bed, and the spa was lovely

Just a few very minor details: Some healthier options for breakfast including some vegetables, decaf coffee, etc would be nice. The cold plunge pool in the spa needs cleaned more often, it appears to not have filter and seemed quite neglected compared to the rest of the spa facilities which were immaculate. Quite unfortunate they don’t accept dogs as most people like to take their dogs hiking. Could be the only reason we wouldn’t come back. honestly that’s every negative detail- Overall, our stay was just fantastic.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and our room was lovely. We particularly like the lounge area with the most magical of views down the valley. The lady on reception was so helpful and friendly.

We were disappointed with the breakfast as although there was bacon and scrambled eggs on offer both were stone cold as were the plates and the bacon was floating in oil. I do appreciate that maybe some people eat theirs like this but to us it was a disappointment. Everything else was really nice.
