The hotel is in a great location in San Telmo area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable and the room was quite large.

This Hotel more than lived up to our expectations. It is in an excellent, central location and very reasonably priced. The staff were particularly helpful and efficient, especially Joel in Reception, who gave us excellent advice on where to go and in booking taxis and a night at the tango. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was comfortable and clean and the wifi worked well.

Door handle fell off the shower door, but it was fixed by the end of the day without us mentioning it to the Concierge.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to Mayo Square, Tango shows and other attractions. Helpful staff. The reception helped me book an Uber to the airport while another carried our baggage to the pick up point. Good breakfast spread. Decent, comfortable room. Good wi-fi.

No complementary drinking water provided in rooms. This is a basic requirement. Charging a steep amount of USD 5 for a bottle is unfair. Lifts take too long to arrive. No flexibility on late check-outs

The buffet breakfast at this hotel offers many choices. Staff refresh the buffet, and items and food are refreshed regularly. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main square. The room is very large and comfortable. The staff are helpful, and always welcoming.

Nothing to say here. I would totally recommend staying here at this hotel in San Telmo, Buenos Aires.

The property is comfortable and situated close to the San Telmo Markets and Plaza de Mayo but the staff made all the difference. They were helpful and friendly and made our stay extremely pleasant.

The hot water in the shower was difficult to regulate.

Had to pay extra for the pool so I didn’t use it . A travel friend was charged $7 US for an accidental breakage of a glass in the room

It was a great location and the staff were very friendly. Large rooms.

Only slight quibble was that breakfast was a bit ordinary. Had to help yourself to all the cutlery and crockery. Hot food had been there quite a long time. And coffee out of a thermos.

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent I would stay here again without hesitation. The reception staff were especially helpful. The location was spot on too.
