The breakfast was lovely and served in a beautiful bright room. The selection of food was great.

They were building something at the reception, so the front desk was a temporary set-up and looked makeshift. Also, there was an event going on on the second day of our stay, which meant the kids couldn't use the pool all day (this was partly the reason we booked this place), and the restaurant was also unavailable. No compensation was offered by the hotel for the inconvenience.

The hotel is extremely nice and in a fabulous location across the street from the Recoleta Cemetery. There are several restaurants nearby for dining. It's an easy walk to the Saturday craft fair and the Museum of Fine Arts. One of the stops for the hop on/hop off bus was only a five minute walk. The neighborhood is upscale and was safe for walking. Our suite was quite large and overlooked the cemetery. The sitting area had two very comfortable chairs and they provided two complimentary bottles of water at check-in. The room had a kettle with both tea and coffee pods as well as a small refrigerator. The bath towels were large; water pressure was good. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early (we had come off of a cruise ship) and check out late (3 pm) the next day. They also kept our luggage behind the desk after we checked out and before we caught our taxi.

The breakfast was only average. The scrambled eggs were runny. You poured your yogurt; I would've preferred it at least a bit thicker (it was the consistency of milk). The danish were average.

I was upgraded and enjoyed a lovely big room. Thank to the hotel as it was very much appreciated. Location was great. Close to parks, restaurants and shopping. Lots of taxis and Ubers in the area.

Access to the pool was difficult. Go to level-2, walk along a 50m corridor and then 42 steps up. There is no lift access. Once you found it the pool area was fine. But quite a journey to get there.

The hotel is very good located. Next to the Cementery. Next to a small mall. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was ok. Mariela at the frontdesk was very kind.

The bathrooms needs updating. Noisy when guests opens and closes doors. Our flight was at 2am, late check out was only possible paying 50% of the room till 6pm. Only 1 pillows per person.

Location is exceptional, super close to Recoletta Cemetery and a largish mall. There are lots of close by cafes and restaurants and other attractions. Room was very comfortable and had relaxation space to unwind at the end of the day. Breakfast was quite good as well

Not all staff were helpful, especially at the front desk which was a pity as the hotel is a really good choice otherwise.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It is in the heart of the neighbourhood of Recoleta and is a street away from the historical Recoleta Cemetery. Within the area, there are a lot of bars, restaurants, museums, art galleries, parks and even a shopping mall nearby. In the hotel, there is a swimming pool and gym which, we sadly did not have time to use. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was the absence of a coffee machine which was advertised. However, there was a kettle, but we had to ask for extra coffee and they charged us for the fresh milk. We had our own tea. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We had our breakfast in the winter garden. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

The location is in Recoleta next to the cemetery and near the park. Plenty of eateries near by. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful with recommendations and directions. The room was small but well laid out with a nice sized bathroom. We had a lovely view of the cemetery and the room was very quiet, which we requested. The restaurant is in an arboretum which is filled with plants and has a high ceiling. Although we did not partake of the High Tea, it looked amazing. There were many cold and hot selections for breakfast and everything we tried was delicious. We recommend this hotel for it’s location, comfort, security, staff and breakfast.

We were on a high floor so water pressure was low and the room did not cool well. We requested a higher floor and opened the windows for cool breezes.

Location to restaurants and shopping. Safe area to walk around. Staff helpful. Upgraded to a beautiful big suite. Thanks to the hotel, very much appreciated.

We booked for 3 nights but our plans changed so just needed the last night. The hotel took payment for the 3 nights, however when we arrived our room had been sold on so they said they would upgrade us. The room they then gave us was far inferior to the one we booked with a loud motor sound vibrating through the room. We then changed rooms, again to an inferior room to which we originally booked. The bathroom was so small with a half sized bath and shower within the bath. Very old room. As we had stay before and had stayed in other hotels in the same chain we felt very short changed. The hotel rooms certainly need updating.
