This nice small affordable hotel is a gem located close to downtown, hidden behind the park. Very safe location, ok for woman to walk alone in the middle if night and enjoy the capital that never sleeps. ... The WIFI is great , amenities were always tidy, everything worked in the room as it was supposed to. Breakfast from 9 - 11 was delicious with plenty of varieties of warm and cold dishes, local cheeses, fruits, etc. all fresh. The homemade preserves were made by staff. Very yummy!! Grocery and metro is 2 min. to walk. Cannot praise enough the wonderful ladies who worked there daily, Vicki Armnineh, Sirik, Anahit -- attentive, sweet, professional, quick on their feet. By the second day they will know guests by their name. I would stay at Alba hotel again. I wish I could share here the video about the breakfast...

We were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much bother and all the staff were professional, kind and helpful. By the time we left we felt that we had made new friends and have resolved to visit again in the summer.

Very pleasant stay! The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfasts were tasty and filling — they even made porridge on request, which was a nice touch. We appreciated the attention to details: fresh linens, toiletries, toothbrushes, and an extra blanket upon request. The room was quiet, cleaned regularly, and even had a hygienic shower. The hotel is located in a charming old mansion with a wooden staircase — very atmospheric. The staff was kind and welcoming.

The shower head needs repair, and the drain could use some cleaning. Hopefully, the management will address this.

We spent a week at Alba Hotel and we can say that we were very satisfied and felt like home. Great location, delicious breakfast, excellent services and there are only 3 essential women run Alba Hotel. 1. Mrs. Siri, from the reception staff, is a very kind, friendly and helpful person, she helped us with everything we needed during our stay in Yerevan. 2. Mrs. Armina, Chef of the Hotel, she prepared us breakfast and cooked delicious meals every day, she also let us make coffee with our Italian moka in the kitchen. However, I would like to suggest to the owner of Alba Hotel that it would be a kind and helpful thought for your chef if there was also a dishwasher in the kitchen. 3 Mrs. Victoria, the cleaning lady of Alba Hotel, is also a very kind person and willing to wash our clothes. So I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a hotel with a homely atmosphere.

The hotel was great. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and accomodating, speaking Russian, English, and more, and always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast was very tasty with a range of options that changed each day and could be enjoyed outside in the courtyard by the pool. The location is great, near both a bus stop and metro station, there is a super market around the corner and a park down the street. Within walking distance from the city centre. The atmosphere was great throughout our stay, and we would gladly visit again.

Our first room had narrow windows which was unexpected. Late at night (~1-2am) the local stray dogs bark a lot, so I'd recommend some earplugs for sensitive sleepers.

Very nice and clean room. Very kind, caring, and helpful hosts. Very delicious breakfast with various items. Also, the lady who prepares the breakfast is so warm and sweet😊. Location is 20-30 mins from republic square by walk. However, the hotel is near a metro station which makes access to different parts of Yerevan pretty easy. Additionally, you can get to the US embassy by Yandex in 20-26 mins (700-1000 AMD) and to the airport in 24-30 mins (1300-2500 AMD). Overall, a great place to stay with very kind people. Even the lady responsible for room service is really kind and responsible.

It does not have an elevator. However, the stairs are not that much. The breakfast starts at 9 AM which is a bit late. However, they prepared some items for us sooner at 8:30 so we could get to our flight on time. Overall, if they change the breakfast time to early morning, like 7:30 or 8 AM, it becomes a perfect hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for both short and long stays. I had a Junior Suit, a very spacious room with a kitchenette and a sofa in the living room. The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to help you. The location is great, close to Bagramian metro station, and the breakfast is very good, feels like home!

The mattress and pillows weren't too comfortable for my back, but these are individual preferences. Only Nescafe coffee for breakfast, but you can find many great coffee options in numerous coffee shops in the town

Great hotel! I'd definitely recommend it. Initially I was looking for a hotel near American university for my exam - and that's exactly the location I was looking for, and it's not far from the city centre as well. Staff was friendly and always ready for help, breakfast was tasty and home-like in a good way, rooms were big and tidy. The price was also very reasonable and affordable Thank you, i'll definitely stay there next time and will also recommend it to friends who'd want to visit Erevan

There was always a variety of food available for breakfast. We were also provided with delicious Armenian coffee every time we asked (not only for breakfast!)

It would be better to start breakfast earlier, not from 9 AM. However, when we asked in advance to prepare it by 8.30, our request was always fulfilled.
