The location is fantastic, very close to Civic but not right on Northbourne Ave so nice and quiet too. Secured building and parking, easy access. The layout of the apartment was great, a very large open living area and kitchen that has all appliances and was well stocked with utensils. The two bedrooms were also large with big built ins, they were on opposite sides of the living area and each was down a small hallway with their own bathrooms so lots of privacy and would be perfect for two couples or families. Can walk to most places and a short drive to others. Overall a great place to stay and almost perfect. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Unfortunately the large courtyard was not accessible from the living area as there was no key to the door out, you could access it by going out the front door and then through the gate. Even though my stay was in winter, we still would have liked to have access to this outdoor space that was on the northern side of the apartment. We could access the back balcony however this is on the southern side and has no outdoor setting or seats etc. The windows were very dusty as were the air con vents.

We were located nearby shops and a park. We had dinner at the Midnight Bar on Friday evening, short walk from our City Style Apartment in McLeay street. Went for breakfast at the Farmer’s Market at Exhibition Park, HALL on Saturday. We visited Parliament House, dropped our Exchange Students at Questacon then visited Brindabella Hills Winery, great Winery, we did a Wine Tasting and bought 8 mixed wines. Ordered Uber Eats, Chinese, Saturday Night, ate in. Sunday we enjoyed bacon, eggs, tomato and toast for breakfast and were out by 10AM as requested.

Maybe a few staples in the cupboard, example, salt/pepper, oil.

amazing location, right next to shopping centre and high street with so much to do, and perfect space for me and my partner loved having a balcony and fully equippped kitchen and washer and dryer! i mixed up the address and the staff were so kind about telling me where i needed to go, completely my fault too but would defo defo recommend staying here!

the only thing was the balcony was cobwebby everywhere, just needed a dust. when the cleaner came this week he was so lovely but just a bit odd didn’t knock just unlocked the door and came in! was just a bit of shock but he was super nice just a little note

The apartment is in a great location, close to the city centre and was clean and comfortable.

The check-in was very messy. We were on our way when we received a call to check we had the check in details, during the call it became apparent that the place we were staying was not the same as the one advertised. In the end this wasn't a problem; the apartment was closer to the city, however, it would have been less stressful if this had been made clear beforehand. The staff member then called back later to double-check we had the correct details.

The location was amazing, close to the tram stop, which meant we could go to our event without hassle. The one issue we had we called and had a staff member help us straight away. Great communication leading up to the stay and during. The stove and oven meant not needing to spend a heap of eating out. Balcony was amazing, and the hidden garden out the back was beautiful. Underground parking with a guarantee spot every time was perfect!

No fan in the bedroom on the ripper hot days we had. A $20 desk fan worked a treat.

The apartment was really lovely, had good quality fittings and was very clean , we had a few difficulties with turning on the oven and a missing scan card and the guy we rang for help couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful or accommodating.

When I say was very clean, I meant everything except the oven, the oven still had residual cheese on the grill platter from a grilled sandwich, gross. The other point that made our stay a bit challenging was the instructions on using the kitchen equipment was missing.

The apartment was very well-equipped, including good appliances. I particularly enjoyed the induction stovetop and complimentary Nespresso capsules. Everything was very clean and the location extremely convenient.

There were no clear instructions to log into the wifi (had to find the label in the router) and would have been great to have more cooking utensils (had to use a nylon spaghetti fork to scramble eggs).

Location was excellent! Walking to restaurants in the center. Very close to the Center Shopping Mall and light rail transport. Parking was under the apartments and directions were very clear however it was quite a puzzle to find the exact car park as place numbers were not consecutive and rather random. Tricky. Take notice of the elevator needed for the apartment as only one went to the floor we wanted. The apartment was clean tidy and comfortable but is ready for an update but I would stay again. The heating was effective as it was very cold during our stay. I asked for a walk-in shower not one over a bath and they very nicely gave us one! Great shower pressure and stayed hot. Busy downtown area but no noise came up to the 6th floor. Very quiet. Great value for money and is roomy enough for a longer stay than a few days. Thanks Overall highly recommend.

The shower was hot and pressure was good however the shower head could be replaced/updated. This is very minor more a recommendation than a complaint. Everything was fine.

The location - gould street and moore street in turner was fabulous and there was free parking on the street for the whole weekend 😀 apartments were good almost everything was in working order. The beds were comfy too. Checking in was super easy and the instructions were great. Great value for money for the location.

Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work. The information i recieved wasn't correct. When booking the accommodation I was under the impression the 2 apartments I booked would be in the same building located St 88 northborne ave, Braddon. However when I recieved the self check in info it was for two different locations in the next suburb. It was still a great location. But I think there needs to be clarification that when booking it could be for any apartment in a similar location managed by citystyle apartments.

Fantastic customer service thank you for responding to all my requests. The apartment was superb and had everything for a good stay. The neighbourhood was also very clean and quiet convenient to everywhere walking distance.

Maybe have a toaster in the house for next time but everything else was perfect I used the pan and oven to make toasts. Also, it could be better to have black out curtains for darker room to rest and sleep-in when on holiday
