The room was beautifully set out, nice and clean and very spacious. The balcony and the view was immaculate, perfect in the morning with a coffee and/or in the afternoon with a cold drink The hotel was very accommodating, the staff were fantastic to talk too and helped us perfectly. Everything was easy going, the check in staff really took the time to make sure we understood everything needed to make our stay easy going with our family.

Only issues we had were with the TVs and Internet.(Basic problems for people who don't wanna watch live TV) And the balcony was extra cold due to the fans blowing right on us.

It was in a great location and big apartment. Apartment was a little dated but was clean and catered for everything I needed.

The poor service, in regards to check-in. My flight was delayed so I didn’t get in until after reception closed. The staff on duty didn’t attempt to contact me regarding access to the lock box or key. So when I arrived it’s took me 15min of calling around to find someone to help. It’s the last thing you want after a delayed flight and being locked out at 11pm. Then after my second night, I had a phone call asking when I was checking out that day, even though I’d spoke to someone at reception and had organised and paid an additional night. The only member of staff I found helpful and accomodating was Chelsea. All others need to learn a thing or 2.

This accommodation is very well located with only a short walk to both restaurants and shopping centre. Apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen facilities were more than adequate. Comfortable bedding. Although close to busy road, it was reasonably quiet during the night.

Although didn’t use shower in bathroom 2, we could see there was a problem with the door. If used, you would not be able to stop water spreading on the floor. The electric kettle was working fine on our first day however had stopped working completely thereafter. Both issues were reported to management on departure.

Located very close to the Canberra Centre. Numerous nearby restaurants, pubs etc. Noise could be a problem however we stayed midweek and our apartment was away from Northbourne Avenue.so reasonably quiet for us. Didn't have time to use the facilities but look well maintained. Minimal interaction with staff. Parking is convenient. Were upgraded from one bedroom to two bedroom so plenty of space. Two bedder would be ample for four adults.

The bathrooms could use some upgrading. Everything worked but there is some mould in the grout and generally tired. Tradeoff with an older building with more space than modern hotels and units.

The location and amenities. Loved the warm spa next to the pool. Nice to relax outside at night in the spa had it to our selfs and being a cold winder night the condensation/fog coming off the warmth of the spa made the lighting and the design around the pool area look even more grand and spectacular, under the stars

While filling up the spa, seen a sign stating that if filling the spa, there will be no access to hot water for a few hours afterwards as each room has their own hot water tank,went to hop in and the spa was cold, the hot water tank doesn’t allow to fill the spa. I was boiling the kettle and back and forth with it, till it was just warm, being winder I would have preferred it nice and hot but was unable to. 😩

Location Staff were great Baby cot was provided as requested and set up Upgraded to a 2bed 2bath when paid for 1bed. Kitchen, washing machine, dryer etc all good. Spa bath. Pool, hot tub etc a bonus. Had a woolies delivery to the reception and they were happy to receive it for me. Friendly staff Huge rooms, very comfortable

2nd bedroom didnt have AC bit stuffy but can't complain as I paid for 1 bed and was upgraded to 2 bed. Only 1 of 3 lifts working but we didnt have to wait long. No netflix or anything on tv

Apartment was well stocked and the staff gave more supplies on the third day when the room was serviced. Parking was easy to find, central location to food and sight seeing

Light left on outside in the common area of rooms was really bright and curtains did nothing to block it out in the bedroom that had a window facing out that way. Pretty noisey location at night but was in the city so to be expected mostly.

The location was excellent., close to buses and light rail, cafes and restaurants, and parks. The apartment was large. Clean and comfortable furniture. Two large televisions. Very comfortable bed with a choice of pillows. Large under cover balcony. Good lighting. Lift was very quick (no waiting). Full size fridge. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher.

The bathroom was not sufficiently clean. The smoke alarm was set off just by cooking toast even though it had not burned. A large crack in the outside of the spa bath was dirty and joins between the shower screen and the cabinetry were dirty. No baking tray for the oven apart from the shelf and no oven mit or oven proof cookware. Pool was closed beyond the date we were advised but management compensated us for that.

The beds were comfy, the 2 bedroom apartment was large and perfect for our family of 5 The location to the city center was perfect for us so we didn't have to drive anywhere The staff were friendly and welcoming, the aroma the second you walked in was brilliant

Curtains were a bit tattered, but still serviceable and kept the night light out and noise to a minimum, unfortunately the advertised mountain view was non existent due to the new building being errected opposite the hotel, which took away the mountain view.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The two bathrooms were fantastic. It was well located to take the bus to the Australian National Library and near the shops. It also allowed us to be independent including throwing the rubbish in the chute. We liked that we got the towels changed daily.

The smell from the rubbish chute was pretty bad. I think something was stuck in there and no one got it out. I thought maybe reception could be a little friendlier. I think we should get a physical map and some information on where the shops are, bus station etc. I understand everybody now uses the Smart phone but a physical map would have been handy. It would also help if there was a book with instructions on how to use the television etc. We needed to ask reception to learn how to adjust the volume in the television.
