Big rooms with a desk and a sofa and a coffee table, so it was easy to relax. Love the easy walk to the Whitebull Hotel which is our favourite place for a meal and a drink.

I know it is an old motel and there are signs the owners are modernising the look but the bathrooms really need an upgrade. The two half doors don’t provide a good seal so the water leaks on the floor. The old 80’s tiles don’t worry me but it doesn’t look like anyone has given them a good scrub at floor level for a long time.. If somethings don’t look clean, then you worry about what else isn’t clean.

We had a beautiful stay here on our trip back to QLD. The room & facilities were immaculately clean, the bathroom was stocked with beautiful local soaps, shampoo & conditioners and bath towels were soft, fluffy and luxe. The lady on reception was so lovely and helpful with local information & advice on the waterfalls. Would highly recommend!

Convenient location, huge room with a good kitchenette and very helpful and friendly owner. Apart from the plumbing it was very quiet

The room was quite dark, even with the lights on. The plumbing was unbelievably loud - we had to turn up the TV several notches every time the people next door used their tap!

It would be the best motel I've ever stayed at, the Manager and his wife were very professional, helpful at such a stressful time, (snowed in) we ended up staying for 3 nights, you would not come across a better place to stay, 100 percent.

There was a lot of care taken to provide for everything you could need during your stay. Everything was spacious, clean, updated and fresh. The location super convenient and the room quiet. Andrea at reception, (the lesee) was lovely and the place had a welcoming feel.

Enjoyed being so close to town. We booked the family room for the size and sofa for more comfortable seating as travelling with a chronic pain sufferer. They had their own room and were able to access the kitchenette and have their own TV when waking early and not disturbing other travellers.

The family apartment was set out very well with separate tv’s/toilet and shower so it was perfect for sharing. The kitchenette, lounge and dining table were very useful and comfortable. Close to many eateries and pubs.

Welcoming stay at the Armidale Pines Motel—great location at a walkable distance from café and restaurants. Comfortable Double room with great cleaning service.

Clean, large room, comfy bed, central location but not noisy, reception staff were lovely, free laundry facility.

The motel was very Central, Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room service on last day was delicious.

There was a doorstop in front of the toilet, and I understand why ? to stop bathroom door banging into toilet. Unfortunately I also kept kicking my toes on it, when I turned to flush the toilet. The main bed had lumps in it, and went down on one side from everyone sitting on mattress, instead of using a chair. Plus being away from home, motel beds are never like your own, so some discomfort is always expected.
