After nearly 12 hours of travelling, this beautiful, immaculately clean room was just what we needed. It had everything we wanted for a comfortable stay and the staff were amazing. Would definitely come back and recommend it as a budget friendly respite from tedious travel.

Only a minor thing that may be on the long finger of improvements down the track - the lights above the beds were very nice - definitely lots of light for whatever reading/study had to be done. Made it a little difficult to sit up though as the lights were right where your head would be. Just a minor thing though as the benefits and comfort/cleanliness of the room made up for any deficits.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I loved the addition of a microwave, fridge and coffee making items. Everything in the room functioned perfectly and the person on reception was bubbly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this place and will certainly be making it a return location when I am visiting Armidale.

A small issue is that the wifi access is sent via sms but I have a foreign sim card and didn't receive this sms. Maybe the wifi info was also somewhere in the room but I didn't find it. There is also a really bright digital alarm clock built into the bed night stand and I could not figure out a way to turn it off so I ended up covering it with a towel as the light was disturbing for sleep.

Easy to access parking and rooms. Clean and very welcoming feel to the property with the room very inviting and overall just homey. Big shower with modern twist. Lovely presented toiletries and tea/coffee and milk in the fridge was awesome after a long drive! Absolutely beautiful natured host who was extremely accommodating to our last minute booking. Will definitely be booking again! It also had the old school woollen blankets! Non scratchy ones! Haha comfy beds too, kids didn't complain at all. If anything they were excited with a bunk bed 😊 they also had bowls, cutlery ect which helps more then you realise. Thankyou and see you again soon.

The smart tv set up is top shelf! Other motels have smart tv set ups, but no where near as good as Allunas!! The staff are very friendly and accommodating and thoughtful. It was looking like it was going to rain overnight, and I was offered some space for my motorbike undercover. Their motel room compendium is a great example of how they go the extra mile. This is usually an after thought for most places, offering very basic information. Allunas is the most detailed I've ever seen. The definition of service is, exceeding expectations. Need new pillows

The staff were amazing, and were willing to accommodate my late check in. The rooms all have individual allocated car spaces that are decent in size and right in front of your room. The car park and areas around rooms is very well lit and feels very safe if arriving back to the room late. The rooms were spacious and very clean and as an added bonus the water pressure in the shower was great.

Only slight complaint was the wifi was touch and go and I had to use my mobile data most of the time and the TV signal kept dropping in and out. But those issues are likely more their providers fault than due to the owners.

The room looked cramped upon opening the door, but that soon proved to be a deception, as everything was conveniently placed and easily accessible. The bathroom had hooks to hang clothes on and racks for towels. There was a lovely big mirror (although I wasn't impressed with the reflection!!!). Complimentary drinks at The Welder's Dog were a surprise bonus and much appreciated.

Parking was a little tight.

I like the most that they provided cutlery, cups, bowls and plates for two people which made it so easy to get takeaway food and bring it back to the hotel. We don't need to order plastic forks and spoons from takeaway which can save the environment. We have a little dog with us and not every restaurant has tables outside. We have to order takeaway. The room is very nice with a sofa and coffee table. We can just park the car outside our room which is very convenient. Will go back to this hotel when we visit Armidale again. Thank you.

Fantastic place to stay, friendly helpful staff, great pool very pretty location. Right next door to RSL Club, lots of Cafes around it.

No problems, everything was great.

Friendly staff. Surprised by the level of cleanliness in an older style motel - they are maintaining it at a high level. Also nice and quiet 👍

Carpark was a little poky, but manageable. Pool was missing a lid or cover over the filter area - this did not appear safe or kid friendly.

Very friendly and accommodating host. We had 2 vehicles and she allowed us to park both on site. Comfortable but certainly not 'high end' furnishings nor did we expect it to be at the price we paid.

The aircon didn't work very well and the shower wasn't too great either but neither caused us any real issues. Not sure what it would be like in the depths of winter but ok for March.
