Amazing staff, helpful, kind and generous. I love that breakfast is included. Facilities are excellent. This is my favourite accommodation in Armidale.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like but a couple of things that would make the rooms even better would be blockout curtains, electric blankets on beds and a heater in the bathroom. I did stay on the one day this year that it actually snowed in Armidale and the air conditioning was adequate but those things are just a few suggestions that would be the icing on the cake.

We have travelled through over 80 countries and this was one of the best value motels we have stayed in. Note this is a motel and therefore vehicles park in front of the accommodation and they either point their lights or exhausts, unless electric, at doors and windows - that's what a motel is! People can also arrive late and leave early too! Breakfast was a lovely touch

Armidale can be cold - so if you don't like having the Aircon on at night make sure you ask the lady for an extra blanket before she leaves for the evening!!

Location was great, really central, room was quiet, clean, modern and comfortable. Shower was really good and split air conditioner worked really well (which was good as we had 2 very cold nights). Breakfast staff very friendly. Overall a good experience.

We requested a room on the first floor (did not want a ground floor) and received confirmation that had been arranged. But when we got there, 7pm (after hours, reception closed) we were given a ground floor room. That was disappointing. Breakfast: supermarket bought sliced bread, croissant and muffins. Spreads: Butter, jam, honey. Extras cereal, yogurt and pancakes. No fruits: bananas or apples would have been nice.

Friendly and helpful staff upon arrival. The room was better than expected with plenty of room. Huge smart tv (which was exactly what I needed after 2 long days of driving). Great shower pressure. The bed was really comfy (especially those pillows)! The location was easy to get to and close to everything. The continental breakfast was so much better than expected and the kids loved it. I found the rooms to be quite sound proof too which is always a bonus when travelling with young kids who are light sleepers! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely renovated room with a separate room for the kids' beds. I thought the updated decor was done very tastefully, especially the bathroom. It had an excellent rain shower. Very good value for money for a family stay. Loved the little teapot on our bed on arrival - a lovely touch.

The toiletries pumps in the bathroom were empty. The bed was quite hard and linen was a little stiff. I received a text with check in instructions for the key safe, although after several failed attempts I had to go inside to get the key so maybe some more detailed instructions would be helpful.

This motel has had some mixed reviews recently and it seems to be linked to whether you have stayed in one of the recently remodelled rooms. We stayed in room 40 on the second floor. Our room was newly decorated. It was clean, very comfortable and it was serviced daily during our stay. It couldn't be faulted. Free continental breakfast was served in a bright and airy breakfast room behind reception and it consisted of toast with spreads, yoghurt, cereals, coffee and tea. It was a pity that it wasn't fresh coffee though. There was also a pancake machine. P.S. During your stay, be sure to see the mural on the end wall. You don't see it if you only use the main entrance/ exit.

The motel is not quite in the town centre so cafes and shops are about a 10 mins walk way. If you want a church though, this is the place to stay - you can't walk anywhere without falling over one!

It was in a central location. Short walk to the shops & a lovely park nearby. The room was very modern & had a modern clean bathroom. My husband was very happy with the very wide shower head & the water flow. The bed was very comfortable & linen very clean. There was sufficient crockery to make microwave meals. There was a microwave oven & toaster. It was a nice touch to have a tray with teapot, mugs & camomile tea on the bed. There was good free wifi. The windows overlooked the front gardens & it made the room look spacious & it was a great outlook. The free continental breakfast was great. The air-conditioner was quiet & didn't disturb our sleep.

The freezer section of fridge didn't freeze my icebricks overnight.

Don’t let the exterior fool you - it may look like a side of the highway motel but the rooms have been lovingly appointed. Cute details throughout that make it a sweet and comfortable stay. And the new shower fittings provide lovely hot showers on those cold Armidale mornings. Highlights - Close to everything and comes with a basic continental breakfast. Oh and plenty of charging stations for your EV.

Just on the outskirts of the town. We were looking for something basic but cosy and it was just what we need to spend a night. Comfy bed with private ensuite. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. Staff was very friendly. Parking was just in front of the room which made loading/unloading of luggage easy. Highly recommended.

Nothing in particular. We had a checkout time of 10am but housekeeping knocked at 9am asking if we were leaving. We advised we would leave at 10am. Apart from this, had a pleasant stay.

Great location within walking distance of some great coffee shops. A beautiful main park directly across the road. Church and cathedrals surrounding the area. Main one across the road from motel having extensive renovations done but did not impact stay with any noise. Laundry on site. Tesla charging stations. Room very clean and bed comfortable.

Some mould in shower which stood out because everything else was so clean. Could have been a cleaning oversight as bathrooms look very new. Shower leaked somewhat but it was fine.
