Stayed two nights as had personal appointments in Armidale. Water pressure excellent. showers hot. Beds and pillows excellent. Free drink offered upon check in. Room had basic essentials and fridge. Was perfect for one person staying.

Air Con (heater) was really loud. eventually had to turn it off cause I was over it. Also the shower water didn't go straight down the drain but made it's way out of the shower and out the bathroom door to the main motel room. I had to build a 'wall' from a towel and bath mat to stop the water flow.

The staff were nice, room was clean and the motel it self was close to everything. I didn't need to travel far for food or shopping. I had a privet car parking spot on the site, which made me feel safe.

The room was dark (lights were very dim, I had to turn all of them to study). Like I said before the motel was in an area which is close to everything, however I heard everything and the walls seem to be thin! I heard everything that happened in the street, like cop chasing a speeding driver (which happened on two different nights). I also was able to hear a man snoring all night for 2 nights! Drove me mad! As well as drunk young men laughing and talking loudly above me.

Does not look much from outside, but on the inside it was neat and tidy. Spacious room was better equipped than most motels and everything worked. We were offered drinks on arrival which was a nice touch. Close to supermarket, and everything else.

We were on the ground floor, and at one point I could hear noise from upstairs, but only for a short period. Not sure what was happening at that time. To be safe, next time I might request one of the upstairs rooms.

I was impressed by the size of the room, staff were wonderful and they kept my room very clean! The motel was within a walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I believe it was a good stay!

The walls were thiner than I thought, because I could hear the arguments and snoring of the people next door. Furthermore, the wifi was very poor especially on the days the motel was full (and at night).

the owner was really good and nice. left something and he texted me and gave it back. it was really warm. the furniture in the room was really excelent quality. all hard wood. there were 3 heaters in the room which kept it warm all night. i stayed there in the middle of winter when it was below freezing outside.

The room was clean and had everything you’d expect for a short stay. The location was great - easy walking distance to everything in central Armidale. The only downside was the heating: the central system wasn’t on, and the older aircon unit was quite noisy.

Owner's were lovely, was very quiet considering location. Very close to stores and restaurants. Room was clean and tidy and comfortable. Free parking is provided.

Was not a smart tv, if you're looking to watch a movie or tv show of your choice, best to bring chromecast or HDMI cord etc... Did not effect quality of stay.

Staff were very friendly. Complimentary beer, cider, soft drink or juice for ALL guests upon arrival was unexpected but a very pleasant addition. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. We will stay here again when in the area.

Rooms are a little outdated and could do with a refresh, but this is not a major issue.

Room 101 was comfortable and spacious. Motel close to centre of town. Lovely greeting on arrival with a complimentary drink. Room nice and warm when arrived.

The air conditioner was loud switching on and off during the night so if you are a light sleeper earplugs would be advised.

Stairs to my room. No lift available. Travelling on my own I would have appreciated a little assistance up and down the stairs. Otherwise I will definitely return to stay but only if I can have a ground floor room.
