We needed accomadation for our family of 9 to go Graduation Ceremony at UNE. The staff had great communication with directions emailed to find the tourist park Very accomadating with our late checkin text message with instructions for checking in after hours WE booked 2 cabins Our air-conditioning was on ready for us to cool down after a long 10 1/2 hour drive Beds were very comfortable Good size rooms double Beb in one room. 2x bunk beds in second room Clean Linen and large towels, iron, ironng board, chopping boards, bread knife ( a blessing) fry pan, pots pans cutlery plates bowels right down to the dish washing liquid, scrubbing brush, tea towels complementary milk tea coffee biscutes Cook top, Very clean grounds Large camp kitchen, fire pit complete with timber ,Jumping pillow, pool,with deck chairs , recreation room, laundry, clothes line, spacious camp sites So very quiet Would highly recommend if traveling though or to Armidale close to everything within 10klm

If I had to.pick anything wrong possibly couple more garbage bags, but admittedly there are 4 large garbage and recycling bins near every 4 cabins

We were lucky to get an upgrade to a 3 bedroom cabin. Two toilets and plenty of room for my family of 5. I appreciated the undercover carpark next to the unit and the large outdoor eating area. Plenty of towels and linen. After hours check in was easy.

The bathroom could do with a bit of maintenance. The shower door was a bit difficult to open and close, but that is being picky! It was clean and functional with lots of hot water and good shower pressure.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Our cabin was simple but clean and very comfortable with linen and towels provided. It had everything that we needed.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. A/C in the bedrooms of the cabin would have been a fantastic bonus (admittedly its probably not often needed in Armidale - it just happened to be extremely hot while we were there). There was A/C in the lounge area though so you could always leave the bedroom doors open for cool air if you wanted to.

We had 8 people plus other family visiting to socialise. The bedrooms housed 8 of us easily. The cabin itself never felt crowded. It had great facilities we could manage children's dietary requirements put together a special cake and there was room and lots of room for kids to play.

it could have had a chopping board and a box of tissues was all we could suggest. There was nothing I didn't like!

Clean and comfortable cabin. Easy to find and access. Staff very friendly. Our two kids really enjoyed having a bunk each. We were there the night the Matilda's played and won the quarter final and can confirm the TV quality was great and those around us didn't seem to hear or mind our celebrations. We left something behind by accident and the team messaged us within a couple hours of leaving, which was appreciated.

Everything was great here. No complaints.

We stayed in family cabin only thing I could complain about would be in kids bunk room if there could be a pedestal fan provided for in that room that’s all the rest was great.

No fan in kids room just a pedestal one to put in there would be great.

The cabin was clean and well set out. There was plenty of room for a family to stay comfortably and they had thought of all the necessities. The kitchen was well equipped and the front balcony was extra space to chill. The pool was sparkling and the grounds were well maintained. We would definitely stay there again 🙂

Nothing to not like.

I love the reliability of staying at the Armidale Tourist Park. It's always simple to book, simple to check in and a comfortable stay. The cabins with 2-3 bedrooms are a life-saver for our family, as we all get our own space as well as a full kitchen for feeding the kids. They're warm and comfy spaces. I particularly love the added little touches, like having the heater turned on prior to our arrival (because Armidale is cold!), having a port-a-cot popped in the cabin for us to borrow - with fresh linen and blankets for our babe. There's a bunch of lovely and delicious cafes around Armidale, and the kids love the space (and jumping pillow).

The 3 bedroom was really comfortable and great size and being at the back of the park was good, it was clean great value for money for a large family, easy check in and check out

No jumping pillow, the common fire pit was a great option but the lighter n kindling for fire pit was not in a locked shed so it was accessible to the teenagers

Beautiful location

Wr were not able to watch any tv and not much help provided. Not much help with wifi connection Games room was a little outdated and not well taken care of. However it was a nice location.
