Accommodation was very close to town and straight over the road from the Bowls Club. The room came with free Amazon Prime which was a nice feature. As the following morning was cold, we had ice on our windscreen and what a surprise to find the host had left windscreen washers and water for the guests to use to remove the ice before leaving. Nice touch.

Very convenient for town centre. Room situated on ground floor for easy access. Bed very comfortable and unit had everything we required. Bowling Club directly across the road so no need to drive to go out for a meal. Would certainly stay there again.

Shower over quite a high sided bath which can rather difficult for older people to step into.

Very central location with dining, restaurants and shopping facilities close by. The motel itself was very convenient, clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable and clean. Reception was friendly and incredibly helpful. Fridge and microwave plus hairdryer and iron were all provided. Netflix and other streaming services were also available…

The only thing which I didn’t like was the lack of regulation for hot and cold in the shower. Consistency in temperature was a problem… but this was a minor irritation which may link to town water pressure…

The location, overall environment, comfort, and the staff are the very best in Armidale (where I have accessed many other motel facilities over past visits to that city).

I have no dislikes in relation to this property.

Excellent location, close to town and the Bowling Club. Very quiet, comfortable room, well-appointed with comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. A very pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone.

The shower area was a bit small for an easy access room, but manageable. All stability rails in place but the shower area was too tight for someone requiring assistance for showering.

The location of this motel is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants and immediately opposite the Bowling Club. Was great just to walk across the road for a beautiful meal. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful and informative. All in all a very pleasant stay! Thank you

There wasn't anything we didn't like. All was extremely good. Room was very comfortable and clean. We totally enjoyed our night there. Will stay there again, next time we are in Armidale.

Motel manager was helpful, friendly & informative. In fact all the staff we met were good value … even the very short and hairy one ... I think his name was Oliver

We liked everything about this motel. It is located near plenty of food outlets but is still quiet. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Upon arrival you are greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

A quiet, but handy location with ample choice of restaurants nearby with helpful hints from the owner's guide. We prefer a motel where we do not have to transfer baggage up a flight of stairs and as Club has all rooms on ground level it was ideal.

The Netflix timed out and was not operational. Perhaps the owner could have resolved the matter but as it was out of hours I did not bother to disturb him. Otherwise, all was OK.

The accommodation was very clean and very comfortable. Have stayed here a few times and have always been happy with our stay. Very centrally located to shops, restaurants, and clubs. The manager was very welcoming and looked after us.
