Room and sleeping arrangements were perfect. Comfortable lounges, beds were soft and warm and apartment was well equipped. Shower is luxurious. There are two toilets, one in main bathroom, and one separately. Has nice outdoor veranda and table and chairs. Parking area was private and secure.

Reverse cycle air conditioning struggled in the beginning to warm the room. TV started playing up halfway through the stay and would not remain on one station but scanned endlessly. Coffee was supplied but no milk in fridge. Information booklet in room mentions breakfast to room 7 days a week but has been discontinued. Stairs to apartment are a little treacherous to elderly and clumsy.

Location was great. Couldn't have been better.

Just some feedback would be that the security lock on the door was broken (though I believe the door still locked automatically), the water pressure in the kitchen was not great, and there was a broken handrail. Obviously none of these issues were a big problem, but more just an FYI for the staff. Otherwise, a really quiet, clean, large-sized apartment that served our needs perfectly. Thank you!

We stayed here recently while in town for a wedding, and it worked out really well for us. The weather threw us a curveball, and we needed to extend our stay. Luckily, the owners were super easy to deal with and helped us sort everything out quickly. The room was comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed. They definitely took good care of us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re in the area.

Very clean and tidy. Had obviously had a recent renovation. Parking was on the door which was as per my request due to travelling by bike. The bed was perfectly firm and the pillows were very good. Hotels and fast food were all within a close walking distance, so location was perfect. Very friendly and obliging owner. Would definitely stay here again when going through Armidale

Everything was perfect

Location was great. Not too far from inner town, you could walk to most places. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

The bathroom needs more hocks for the towels to be hung up. A shower catty for people to put their shower things on. Hot chocolate for people who do not drink tea or coffee, more milk (should be one of them little tubs per day). Room felt out of date. Need different lighting in the room.

Our room was very clean, with a modern decor. The motel staff were helpful, and the car parking was right outside our room and reasonably easy to get in/out of. The room had the usual coffee/tea facilities plus a microwave and the A/C warmed the room to comfortable level. The over-night temperature was -3*C, so the electric blankets on the beds were very much appreciated.

Staff are super lovely, room was clean and spacious. This was my second stay and I would happily stay again.

It can be quite noisy if you have chatty neighbours or if there’s people talking outside. No fault of the property.

The welcome on arrival was warm and comforting. .My room was very kindly upgraded to the deluxe queen. Decent size and layout. The bed was firm but comfortable. The motel is in great location, within walking distance to many eateries. Very quiet at night which was most welcome for a good night's sleep. I will definitely book again!

Spacious, plenty of amenities, good bedding, great shower, undercover parking, close to shops and restaurants, easy to find, quiet, everything we needed.

Perhaps a rug on the floor in the living room would be good during cold weather, otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Room was bigger than I expected, and had everyone needed in the room. It was in a great location so that you could walk to the town centre. The owners were lovely and very accommodating Will definitely be staying there again
