The manager met me after a phone call to him a half hour before my arrival. Very polite and welcoming. I think I was upgraded to a family unit at no extra cost, very comfortable. This was more like a fully self contained unit then a motel room. Had full kitchen and washing machine/dryer provided. Free onsite parking available although uncovered so not wet weather proof. Would gladly book again.

The only little concern was that it was a bit difficult to locate the apartment as it was tucked away behind a commercial store complex. It was necessary drive through a small shopping carpark and down a side easement and around behind another building to find the parking for the apartments. But having found it, the next time I went there entry was not a problem as I now had local knowledge,

It was very comfortable and super clean. Attention to detail, with lots of homely touches. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked.

I didn't like that there was no window except for the very high one over the loft, which wasn't accessible. It felt a bit claustrophobic, and you couldn't see what the weather was doing without going out of the building. There was a bit of noise from the neighbouring apartment too, though at least not too late.

The bed was so comfy and every thing you’d need to stay for a week or more was available. The water pressure…. It was amazing! The bathroom laundry is stocked with everything you’d require for your stay.

The smell of disinfectant was so strong, too strong. The skylight was the ONLY window in the whole space. Which also meant there was no way to waft out the disinfectant smell out of the space. On the flip side, the skylight was fully exposed so there was no way to block out the morning sun.

The Apartment had everything making it suitable to stay for even a week or a month. Beautiful Kitchen, Combined Washing Machine - Clothes Dryer in the Bathroom. Excellent selection of toiletries in the Bathroom.

Just a one pillow per person. Would prefer at least two options; medium and hard pillow. I did not mind that the Apartment had no windows but only a skylight, this however might be a surprise to someone who would like a "Room with a View", but the facilities more than made up for the lack of windows.

The apartments are quiet, spotless and comfortable. Located behind a small shopping plaza with an array of restaurants,a liquor store, a Hardly Normal and a Domino Pizza outlet

One small problem with the hot water which I only discovered at 5am when I wanted a shower. I didn’t like to call the very helpful manager at that hour so I had a very bracing cold shower which I am led the believe is very good for one

I really enjoyed the staff interaction and how positive the place is. My friends and I found this place to be prefect for us who were staying as a place to chill and later head out to go drinking. Would highly recommend staying here.

There was nothing I found in this place that was negative. Staff were very kind, the place is very clean and polished, good location as we could easily get some food and comfortable and cosy stay.

Everything about Westside Apartments is fantastic. The customer service is brilliant, the location, price, cleanliness, parking, and comfort of what you get is second to none. This is the only place we stay at in Armidale and if they have a room available it's where we recommend everyone stay.

Nothing, there is nothing to not like about this business. From start to end, there isn't one thing you can fault them for. And they have coffee, cafes, and pretty much anything you will need within super close walking distance.

Alvin was extremely helpful and even upgraded us into a larger room. The room was spacious and clean. It was well stocked with everything that you need. I would happily recommend it.

The only thing that we can possibly complain about is the bed. Whilst it was lovely for me, my wife was uncomfortable. So this is purely a personal issue.

The locality to where we needed to be; the communication & reception we received from the management, Alvin; the extremely large, comfortable king size bed; kitchen, lounge & dining facilities; our little secluded outside area was lovely to sit in during the afternoon; how beautifully clean & well appointed the unit was; and the absolutely amazing shower!

Can not think of anything we didn’t like.

Got a room online at short notice and on arrival, had a warm and friendly greeting even though we checked in later than planned. Great cosy room with much more amenity than we needed including microwave, stove top, washer-dryer, small dining table. Aircon most welcome, great comfy bed and shower. Very quiet, with safe parking. Very good value and would stay again. Armidale is a beautiful town and worth spending time in and around.

Would have liked to have a security chain on the door of our room (an easy fix).
