The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful when I needed anything. The room was big, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

It is a little bit from the centre of town so you definately need a car to get around. We had young children so this wasn't a problem. The shower was also quite bad. Extremely difficult to set the temperature as one small turn of the tap and it went from really hot to really cold. The laundry service cost was a bit high also at $20.

Their shelves/ furniture tend to always be a little wonky. The shelf in the bathroom isn’t functional, as anything you put on it just slides off😅, Same with the side table next to the bed. The parking spot outside my room was on a corner and meant i needed to do a 4 point turn to get out if anyone parked next to me. overall small hassles, nothing obvious

Wonderful facilities including: Smart TV cum Cable TV, Air Conditioning , Fridge , Brsad Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, etc.

Wifi Internet could have been better, as in my room, it was ON and OFF.

The room was very well equipped. I was very impressed with the provision of a toaster, microwave and particularly a small kitchen sink. The bathroom was very good and the desk and sofa were great. The best thing was the very comfortable bed.

Continental breakfast excellent n had extra facilities eg toaster,hair dryer,DVD player,ironing vacilities,plenty of hanging space in wardrobe& drawers also in room desk space a lovely bathroom n a lounge n coffee table quite spacious,n had a barbecue quaint area n pool table in a quiet n quaint location with an exceptional management whom went out of her way to ensure my stay upon which I extended n also provided good sight seeing n restaurant n takeaway information.I can only recommend of the highest re.very reasonable.tariff & great value I would only stay there when visiting again 10/10

Location...not in the main Street tho only a short 4-5 min drive in2 town.

We come by motorbike and they allowed us to put the motorbike under a roof (it rained). It was very good value for money. It wasn't new but it had all that you needed for. The beds were very comfortable and we even had a free breakfast. It was a bit far from the city but since we were tired of being in the motorbike all day, it was quite nice to be able to do our exercise going walking to the city. I think, what it made it so good is that we could get it with a very good price, and the room was very spacious and it had everything you could need.

I did like it. May be it was a bit old but for that price, I think it was probably the best in our trip. We travelled from Canberra to Brisbane.

I liked how quickly hot water comes through. I also liked how I got room 16 as room 15 had a broken shower head the last time I was there.

It would've been nice to have 2 bath towels and a kitchen cloth. Otherwise everything else was good.

Exceeded expectations- newly renovated bathrooms etc , close to town (by car), clean, tidy, all basic amenities provided. Safe, quiet and I didn’t worry about my car at all if I left it there. Fine for women travelling alone or others who may feel vulnerable. Beds were spotless, large shower, large tv etc will be staying again if in Armidale.

For the price I don’t think they could provide better - it already beats some AIRBNBS that I paid triple the amount for!

We were very satisfied with everything regarding this Motel. Our only problem was being on foot it was a bit difficult to access the railway station

The room was a basic motel room, which was what I was looking for. It was clean and comfortable and the bed had an electric blanket, which is always a "valued' inclusion in Armidale.

Location was not wonderful, although this was only a small detracting feature.
