Very comfortable and quiet one night stop over. Room had obviously been refurbished and was fresh and very clean. The owner had put the heater on in our room before our arrival, which was appreciated. Bed was comfortable. Easy walk to nearby shops. We had dinner at the Bowls Club across the road - delicious and reasonably priced meals. We will definitely stay here again next time in Armidale.

We arrived in cold conditions and were pleased that the staff had activated our room heating before our arrival. The room was of good size, appeared recently renovated and nicely styled. The bed was comfortable and the ensuite, while small, was well appointed with a good shower head. Information on local services was well documented. Definitely value for money.

Super great value for money, friendly staff, room was very clean and tidy, beds were amazingly comfortable, room was well heated and quiet. Fantastic that there were enough plates and cups in the kitchenette for our stay. Love the restaurant recommendations.

Nothing, everything was great.

Accommodation was very close to town and straight over the road from the Bowls Club. The room came with free Amazon Prime which was a nice feature. As the following morning was cold, we had ice on our windscreen and what a surprise to find the host had left windscreen washers and water for the guests to use to remove the ice before leaving. Nice touch.

Great location, really central but surprisingly quiet. So handy to have a supermarket, bottle shop and bowling club within a few hundred metres. The couple that run the place are great, nothing too much trouble. Lovely beds, pillows and bedding.

Excellent Location just across the road to the Bowling Club and within an easy walk to the center of town. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and obliging.. If in the Area again we will certainly stay there.

Very convenient for town centre. Room situated on ground floor for easy access. Bed very comfortable and unit had everything we required. Bowling Club directly across the road so no need to drive to go out for a meal. Would certainly stay there again.

Shower over quite a high sided bath which can rather difficult for older people to step into.

The location, overall environment, comfort, and the staff are the very best in Armidale (where I have accessed many other motel facilities over past visits to that city).

It's the small touches that make a big difference. I had a late check in, and when i arrived, the heater was on it my room and the bedside lamp. A squeegie and water bucket outside the door in the morning to clean my very dirt windscreen...

Excellent location, close to town and the Bowling Club. Very quiet, comfortable room, well-appointed with comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. A very pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone.

The shower area was a bit small for an easy access room, but manageable. All stability rails in place but the shower area was too tight for someone requiring assistance for showering.
