Very comfortable and well appointed. Spacious. Kitchen had dishwasher, full refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave and pod coffee machine. Fully equipped laundry, 2 bedrooms, 2 large ensuites and powder room. Spa tub in main ensuite. Multiple USB ports in bedrooms and kitchen. Great location - beautiful view of the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

A bit of noise early morning from garbage trucks in the back bedrooms. But they have apartments with bedrooms at the front, which we will stay in next time.

We stayed in an updated 2br apartment with lovely wrap around verandah accessible from each bedroom and living area. Waking up to beautiful sunrises over the ocean is a brilliant way to start any day! Both bedrooms had large ensuites and WIRobes and the 3rd WC off the living areas was a bonus. Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to provide extra safety measures for my 90year old mum such as a shower chair and safe grab handles in the shower. The open layout of the apartment was suitable for mum to use her walker indoors with ease. The location was perfect for access to the beach, lake, town centre and many walks. Being winter we didn't use the pool or spa but they looked very inviting. The gardens, pool and gym areas are very well maintained.

The vertical blinds, particularly the mechanisms were very dated and difficult to use. I was unable to find the remote for bedroom TV and other remotes were incompatible. Just a tip for elderly or disabled users, the toilet seats are very low and my 90 year old mum had difficulty getting back up off the toilets.

The setting is excellent, just a leisurely walk away from the main beach. The apartment offered ample space, allowing you to truly unwind and embrace a carefree atmosphere. The team is also very warm and welcoming, and this does make a difference.

Our stay was fabulous, leaving little room for critique. If I were to nit-pick, the lower apartment is in proximity to a car park in the foreground, but worry not, as the beach views remain uninterrupted.

Love the location close to the beach and the shops. Everything you need in walking distance. Staff are always friendly and the views amazing. The unit was spacious with everything you would need. We will be back!

I liked the familiar location, near beach, and local shops. Travelling with my brother so we were particular about having separate bedrooms and bathrooms

The only thing I didn’t like was having to sleep in a single bed in the second room. I realise the clientele is likely to be for families, but there must be plenty of other older single people who like their comforts. King singles in the second bedroom would be amazing.

Great location with ocean views. Clean, fans in each room and aircon in living room made it comfortable. Underground secure parking and a nice pool and spa for those windy days when you can’t go to the beach

Nothing really maybe the street noise but that’s about it

Amazing staff, nothing too much trouble. Facilities were so great for kids and adults and loved the bikes, umbrellas….everything!

The lift was out of order and we didn’t know until just before we arrived…my partner has muscular dystrophy so the walking up stairs was not impossible but very fatiguing. It was the only bad things I have to say.

Lovely decor. Fabulous views. Pool, spa and gym on site. Short walk to beach or shops and restaurants. Great property managers.

Only negative was how many times a day doors were slammed by people going in and out of apartments.

Even though we knew beforehand that our apartment wasn’t ’serviced’, I feel that for the overall cost, it would’ve been perfect to have our beds made up daily. One of the few luxuries I like to enjoy when away… ‘

Would love the swimming pool to be heated but not complaining - the warm spa was great.
