Comfy bed and good air-conditioning. Very quiet for being so close to the road. Super clean. Easy spacious car park in front of room. Great BBQ. Short drive to Forster. Our room didn't have a nice orange wall and colourful bedding as seen on the booking.com website. It was rather grey and brown colours. But not a big deal.

No breakfast included. Also, it was a bit tight in the room because of the massive 3 garden furniture chairs. They didn't have cushions and were not very comfy. What really disturbed our stay a bit was that the small window above the kitchenette didn't have block out curtains and it was very bright in the room early in the morning.

Due to our long journey from Sydney, we misjudged the time we would get there and stopped at the motel 1-1.30 hrs before the allowed time & was told we couldn’t even parked in one of the spots because the room wasn’t ready!! We had to get back in the car and parked on the street and went for a walk. I think a bit more flexibility in parking would have been good 😊

The facilities were perfectly located for convenience of laundromat, bakery and woolworths. Very generous selection of toiletries and milk & cookies for your cuppa. The family room was very spacious, clean, fresh, well maintained, comfortable - loved the kids being in their own room. Scored a double car park fire or camper trailer tu be secure. Also allowed us to open it out to dry after 2 very wet days camping prior. Pool was a great bonus. Had it to ourselves but times we swam. Outdoor BBQ area was immaculate and such a great set up for any weather. Loved how peaceful the motel was. Easy, quick access to beach and lake. Felt very safe. Everything was perfect and well beyond expectations. Thank you. We would definately return.

No undercover parking , however vehicle parking spots were directly in front of room, were well line marked and large enough so doors could be fully opened without fear of hitting car along side. Rooms were very clean, good toiletries provided and tea,coffee and biscuits were of a good quality.

The mattress had seen better days and the springs could be felt, and was not supportive for two people, resulting in rolling inwards, so we ended up topping and tailing either end of the bed. Okay for 1 night!

Location : The front desk was a lovely talkative lady who was all over our booking. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well set out. The car parking was off nice size, which is a nice change from pokie little car parks at other establishment. Overall, a superb stay. 👍👍👍

Towels at motels usually have an unpleasant smell, but that wasn’t the case here at all. I often feel itchy when lying on motel beds, but I didn’t experience that here.

There was a lot of dust on the curtains and the carpeted floor, which made it difficult for my child.

The host's were lovely people and looked after us during the 2 days we were there. Rooms were very clean and spa was nice. Loved the pool and large BBQ area which was modern and very clean. Same with the provided utensils, wash-up provisions , tables and seating seating etc.

the location is great walking distance to clubs and shops i love coming to tuncurry beach motel have been there heaps of times the staff are great love having a chat to the owner she is very kind lady helps you with any questions you may have the pool and bbq area is very clean for you to use at anytime

rooms not getting cleaned every day

Lyn & Shaun were super friendly and accomodating. They went out of their way to make my stay exceptional. The property was in a great location and super clean. I stayed in a fantastic room which was spacious with 3 beds, lounge & dining table. Lyn & Shaun keep this quaint little motel exceptionally clean and take a lot of pride and care in the service they provide. I was on my own and felt extremely safe staying here. They were super accomodating when I needed an extra night.

It’s not a 5* hotel but it was a great place to stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The motel is in a good location and easy to find. The staff were most helpful and made us feel welcome. We will be back for another stay in the near future.

I couldn't fault anything about the motel, except from a bit of traffic noise and a couple of the local hoons drag racing at the traffic lights, but you get that anywhere.
