Great Location, Central close proximity to food and restaurants however not near a supermarket. Good Parking, each room has own marked space, easy in and out.

Very noisy, people just sat in the alley and chatted for a while into the night. The plates & cutlery were dirty as well and the plug in sink didn't work which made it harder to clean.

Great location!!! You can park your car on site and walk to the main street (shops, cafes and restaurants) and Forster beach. Jimmy was helpful, friendly, easy contactable. The bathroom contained enough toilet paper, soap, towels, and shampoo/conditioner. The room was clean apart from the air conditioner being installed at check-in and the air conditioner mechanic left a bit of a mess, but I was okay with that as we were only there two nights. The room contained all basic needs (kettle/microwave very clean fridge, ironing board and iron etc). The curtains blacked out most of the morning light which was good! I never got to use the BBQ facilities but chose this motel to do so, the weather had other plans. I would stay here again. It is good value for money and seems to be a family-run business which I like to support.

We stayed during the big storm and over 56k/ph winds, a loose part of the roof was flapping during the night and I was unable to sleep. I brought this to Jimmy's attention and he was helpful and came up with a solution. However, this was an unusual and unpredicted storm that hit the east coast. The room (15) was noisy for me, but being in town it is expected. I would stay again but bring earplugs as I like to sleep in silence, or I'd choose another room or stay out of town. The location was worth it!

For an overnight and last-minute stay, it was all I needed. Good sized room with all the normal tea/coffee station, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, iron, soap, and hair washing products. The bathroom could use re tiling as the base of the shower was a grotty grey colour but clean. Room smelt lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable. Nothing flash. The only downside was that I didn't have milk to make a cup of tea on arrival or for breakfast this time. Jimmy, the manager, is a lovely friendly guy. 2nd time I've stayed there.

Location, location, location. Can't beat this hotel for that. The room was clean and comfy as was the bathroom. Great balcony too. Parking convenient and it's a 1 min walk around the corner to the shops, fabulous restaurants and the bottle shop. First time in Forster.

There was the lightest whiff of a damp, musty smell in the room. Might be the carpet or the aircon. The aircon looked very old and I avoided using it, so replacing that would be good. And the carpet if that's the smell. Unfortunately the WIFI was down while we were there, but the owner was aware and actively working towards resolving it. These things happen sometimes. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that, but it's right up at the roadside footpath fence so not much privacy.

the hall light stayed in untill 3 pm it made the room light (I'm light sensitive) curtains were not dark enough for me (but I understand that is personal) the window screen was torn asked for milk the check in person kindly explained that he hasn't got any & can't leave the office - he would bring it up when he purchased it - he never turned up. none of these things stopped us from enjoying our stay so highly recommended.

We booked two rooms for one night. The rooms were nicely kept and a good size, beds were comfortable. Really just passing through, so for a quick stay they met the requirements. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful.

The volume on the TV was turned right down in one of the rooms and we couldn’t get the remote to work. Not a big deal as we were just there for the night and probably could have called the host back to the property but it was late.

It was clean

I booked online and was charged more in my friend that booked online. We stayed the same time and left the same time. We were up there for the rock ‘n’ roll event that we go there every year. He was in room six and I was in room 17. I asked for just a double bed in the bedroom. Not a double bread and a single one when I booked online will not book online again matter thinking of not going there anymore. We have been going there for years.

Good sized room with small couch and table with chairs. Plenty of room for our family to move around and not be in each others way.

It was a room designed to accommodate guests in a wheelchair so the open shower made sense, but the bathroom could utilize a shower curtain without causing an issue for those needing the openness. There also needs to be a toilet roll holder of some sort.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet. Check in was great, very friendly and helpful. There was a maintenance issue with the shower. Reception was closed but when called answered promptly and organised someone to come and help. I was offered another room to either room move or shower in. I chose to just shower in the other room as I had settled in. Very helpful.

Everything was value for money. Small maintenance issues can not be prevented. This issue was handled professionally.

A very warm welcome upon arrival. Jimmy is an absolute star! My room was freshly decorated in a lovely coastal style, exceptionally clean and super comfortable. I had an amazing nights sleep. Very good location, around the corner from Forster ocean pool and beach. A hop, skip and a jump to my favourite cafe, Cafe Toscano. Impressed that the hotel pool was open in the winter ( yay for cold water swimming!) the dip was refreshing and welcome after a long drive. Would definitely stay again.

Little bit of noise behind my room upon arrival but didn’t last long. I couldn’t figure out how to use Netflix etc but not a big deal tbh
