Cabins were really clean and well equipped with everything a family needs for a park holiday. Watching the sunset over the river from our cabin balcony was pretty special. Great facilities for kids, splash park, bouncy pillow, ride on go carts etc., very family friendly.

Cabin was on the small side but luckily weather was on our side so we didn't spend much time in it except to sleep. Take mozzie repellent as the park is right on the river. There had also been alot of rain before we arrived so everything was a bit muddy and wet under foot. Laundry facilities weren't the best, our clothes didn't wash properly but hey, it's a camping holiday so we weren't too bothered.

Such a great spot. This was a drive thru for work with our dogs for work and it was so good. We got there late, they organised a secure lock box with keys and a map to our accommodation. Room was super fresh and clean considering it being dog friendly. All the utensils you need to make a decent dinner and relax. Dog park or play around, beautiful water walks along the lake. The best spot for us BUT if you have a family, they have ample options from pool, skate park, bouncing area, buggies, BBQs, restaurant, and so much more.

NOTHING! Worth the money and travel

Our cabin was in a great location just across from the waterpark and near the boat ramp with water views. The cabin was a good size for our family of 5 and had ample room for our friends to come and hang out.

If I was being picky, the roof of the BBQ area hindered the view and being so close to the boat ramp made it quite noisy. There was a slight water issue in the bathroom but nothing some extra towels couldn't fix. The kids were a little disappointed that the jumping pillow was closed for the renovations. With the addition of all the extra cabins they are adding I would say another pool would be required.

The park is in a location which is easy to get to. The cabin we stayed in was close to reception which was convenient. The setting is lovely, on the river which you can take a stroll along. The kid's waterpark, go karts and pool kept the kids entertained and there are really comfortable sun lounges for the adults.

Reception closes at 5pm and the cafe wasn't open for dinner, although they had the sign out. We caught the staff in time to get a recommendation for dinner at the Halliday Point Tavern, which was a 10-minute drive and was great for families, so it all worked out.

Loved everything about our visit. Quiet, peaceful location (not NSW school holidays) Cabin was lovely with a big gated deck that our border collie loved lying on and watching the world go by. Cabin was clean with the most comfortable of beds I have slept in for a very long time. Our cabin looked out onto the river which was lovely and we loved lying in the warm winter sun reading and napping on the daybeds at the waterpark. A short drive to Black Beach for morning exercise and a swim.

This is an excellent park terrific for families with young children. The water park is excellent as is the playground which is very new and plenty of options including a BMX/Scooter track. Right on the river in between Tuncurry and Holidays Point in relation to location. The amenties in the cabin were first class. It is the first cabins I have stayed in which has a dishwasher! There is a TV and Air Conditioner in both the lounge room and the main bedroom as well as ceiling fans.

The indoor play area was ok but could use an upgrade in relation to equipment. Everything else in the park is so modern and new so this was the only shortcoming in the experience but certainly not a deal breaker.

We absolutely loved the amount of things to do at the park — Splash park, pool, pump track, playground, river for swimming/fishing/boating etc, onsite cafe, jumping pillow. You don’t need to leave the park at all. The park is currently being upgraded so we hear there’s more to come. The staff were super friendly and helpful, we already want to return!!

There’s not much to not love but some of the roads could do with resurfacing for little ones walking, scooting and riding around the park.

Loved the facilities! Great staff, very accommodating. Always active, responding to my enquiries and updating me along the way. Stayed on the new villas close to the lake. We were very impressed! the rooms were very clean & tidy. Comfy sheets, pillow and bed (none of these cheap hard beds and really soft non existent pillows from other holiday parks) The villa had everything we needed from laundry detergents for the washing machine, dishwashing liquid (do need to change to a different brand because it doesn't even bubble), they even had tablets for the dishwashing machine. You can also use their board games from the reception, dvds, bikes and scooters to for the kids. Each room had ceiling fans and split type air-conditioning which was great! kept the whole villa warm during our cold winter stay. If you're with Vodafone you will have zero service and wifi is close to non existent (they do have one, but it doesn't work from our villa) which is not a big downside because you get to be disconnected from all the distractions. But if you plan on working away from home during your stay this will be difficult. Unless you're with Telstra or Woolworths Mobile (they had better service than Voda). Otherwise, I can't wait to come back!! Really looking forward to summer! I would still suggest to bring your own bikes and paddles boards, they won't have enough for everyone during summer.

Poor wifi/internet connection. TV wasn't smart, it was but youtube wasn't working or netflix most likely because the wifi/internet connection doesn't reach our end of the villa.

Cabin 15 was located perfectly for us - close enough to the splash park and river but still private and quiet. Cafe food was pretty good but would be good if it was open a little later. Kids meals were great value and generous portions. The splash park was the main attraction for us having a 4yo and it did not disappoint. The whole property was really clean and well cared for and the staff I did encounter were nice.

The cabin seemed really clean but not sure if the floors needed a good mop - our feet seemed dirty when only inside. I’m not sure why the bunk bed wasn’t made on arrival but wasn’t a huge deal. Wasn’t much we didn’t like.

Good text communication with park. We arrived late on a wet warm evening. Was able to access key and cabin easily. Appreciated that the fans were on in 3 rooms to cool down the cabin on a warm, humid night. Very new 5 berth 2, bedroom, family cabin, equipped for 6 people, with adequate storage & 3 air conditioners, so all features are in good condition. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Nice big undercover deck with table & seating for 6 - great if the weather is fine & warm & you have mozzie repellent. Close to the river & great swimming pool area. BBQ areas dotted throughout park. Has cafe that sells decent coffee.

Bathroom Very small and included the toilet, which was very inconvenient, though shower has satisfactory space. Consider future design modification of cabins so toilet is a separate room. Interior living space is tight for 5 people and not enough comfortable lounge seating for 5. At a squeeze 4 children could sit on the one lounge. No iron or ironing board in cabin. "Dinky" new toaster which didn't function easily. Not much pantry space in kitchen if visitors were planning a long stay. Suggest condensing kitchen equipment & adding a shelf under sink to utilise space. Cute little dishwasher. Just by chance, chocolates & wrappers were found under bed & longe, so cleaner hadn't swept under these.
