It was so clean, good size, quiet and location was great, shower was really good water pressure. Free guest laundry was so good (and clean), hot chocolate was a bonus. Receptionist /Admin and Cleaning staff were really helpful and nice and cheery. Walking distance to Bowls Club was so quick n easy I even won a meat tray!

The bed wasn’t great but if only one person was sleeping on it, iwouldn’t be too bad. The staff at bar at the Bowls Club were quite rude & made us feel like outsiders weren’t welcome (2 nites running) but the other staff were all great & friendly. (Club own Motel)

I arrived after the office closed, in the dark. I had a message from Anne to say the keys were under the mat. I arrived, late and tired, and the lights were on, the fan was blowing, and the TV was going. I cannot tell you how comforting this was as a solo female traveller. It was so welcoming and really put me at ease. The room was exceptionally clean and the location is great. The bed was SO comfortable. Without a lie i have not slept that well in years. Just excellent.

Great location, awesome bonus of vouchers for local club. Mattress could be updated, doona/cover had dirty marks on it (however staff addressed this straight away once brought to their attention) Neighbour’s left chairs out under balcony and smoked right outside rooms although there’s signs stating not to and there is a nice clearly visible smoking area available. Staff could return chairs to rooms to help mitigate this problem.

The convenient location, connection with the Forster Bowling Club, spacious comfortable room, private balcony looking out over the greens, and good value. Staff were friendly and helpful

With a few updates to the bathroom, the room would have been near perfect. Doesn't need a full refurbishment. If they make an update to the shower screen, toilet, and vanity taps...which are still functional, just tired looking.

Very good location ,a good price for the 3 of us. It was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful .

Sadly, the little fridge freezer wasn't working too well and our icecream melted. A minor problem overall. A sink at the BBQ area would have been handy. But the friendly staff provided clean plates and cutlery for us and kept the BBQ equipment clean too. So again, only a minor inconvenience.

Room 23, when we arrived the tv was not working kept saying no signal, but pleasant worker was able to fix for us, however the tv remote was slow to interact with tv, we had to hit the buttons on remote several times to get a response, think it might need new batteries.

when having a shower hot water was slow to come through, so we ran the hot water tap only before we got in for a minute or 2, but when the hot water came through it was great shower and great water pressure.

From the moment I step into the reception I was greeted with smile and welcome by Anne and the whole time I was there {stayed 2 nights] Motel room was that nice, The AC was great combine that with celling fan could not ask for more. TV was A good size not one of those 20-inch thing some hotels have that you practically have to site right in front off. Shower was great nice pressure and very clean [no mold] .The bowlo right next door and they own the hotel too great steak salad chips chef really knows how to cook. I give this Motel-Bowlo 91/2 at of 10. Because no one perfect but your there. Dave.

Right from the "Get Go" The lady at reception was friendly and welcoming. We also liked the beer vouchers which we used, when we had lunch at the Club's Chinese all you can eat Restaurant. (Excellent food as well, not just quantity, but Quality!) Free Wifi, Great choice of TV channels and movies. What's not to like?

We had to be somewhere else, and couldn't stay longer.

The motel was located close to the wedding I was attending. The motel was affiliated with the Forster Lawn Bowls Club and offered good deals, recommend that they highlight this for guests.

The only negative was that we could not get the aircon to work. Not a deal breaker and we didn’t call for assistance (to highlight that it was not too important).

Location good, close to everything. Check in was good. Nice to have covered smoking area and parking right outside door. Pool was clean. Bowling club next door was great for food and drink.

Whilst we had microwave and toaster, did not have any crockery to eat from. Easily sorted by speaking to someone at bowling club who provided us with a plate and metal cutlery!
