The place was so well located, very peaceful and exactly what we needed to recharge. The beds were very comfortable and my son loved the recliners. The kitchen had all we needed to make some basic meals but the unit is also so close to the shops and restaurants it was nice to eat out too. The Balé Pool was located very close to the front door and was the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. Having access to the Peppers facilities was great but most of the time their pools were pretty full so it was so much nicer to escape the crowds at the Balé pool that always had spare chairs and plenty of space.

Amazing location, 3 minute walk to the beach. Only a 5-minute drive from Kingscliff centre, but you also have a small shop, bakery and a few restaurants in walking distance The apartment was very well equipped, modern kitchen, bathroom and stylish decor. They put in the effort to make it kid-friendly (from providing plastic plates/cups/cutlery to board games and boogie boards) Lovely shared facilities, with hot water jacuzzi and 20m long pool. Can also use the pool in the neighbouring Peppers resort

Only improvement suggestions I could think of are - a map / more detail on what you can/can't use in the main Peppers resort - a clothes rack for drying our clothes as it rained the whole week we were there (which is probably very atypical)

The property is wonderfully located about a 20 minute drive from the Gold Coast Airport costing about $28 in a taxi. The property is located right across the road from the beach. The apartment itself is stunning beautifully decorated with everything you require for your stay. The facilities on site are excellent. There is an outdoor 20 meter heated swimming pool which was ideal for the cool weather we experienced. There are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants making it an ideal getaway.

I liked everything about the property.

We love Kingscliffe and Bale is the ultimate accomodation to stay at. The unit was beautiful, perfect for our family of 5. We were super close to the pool which was great - we spent a lot of time between the Bale pool & pool over at the other Peppers resort. We also loved the extra little things like Tea/coffee, extra towels and pool towels. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

It was clean and tidy, comfortable to relax and be in. Quite a high price point but that could have been due to being the end of NSW school holidays, but I understand why it was priced that way. We booked this unit as it had a spa, not because we needed all that space.

Based on photos and description I thought we would have an ocean view, but the unit is ground floor.

Clean and comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. Quality inclusions and extra touches e.g. tea and coffee provided, ample soaps/shampoos etc. and Access to pool and spa, very close to beach. Underground car park for 2 cars. Short walk to cafes and restaurants. the perfect place for a few restful days.

Everything was wonderfully set up for a family. The kitchen was excellent, bedrooms perfect. The bathrooms were amazing. There is a great family friendly pub right across the road and the beach is a 2 min walk. And we got to see the whales maing their migration. It was amazing.

The location was wonderful, plenty of room for 4 adults. Clean and comfortable and we loved the little additional extras (like the funky teapot). So close to the resort facilities yet quiet and private. Would definitely book again! Thank you!

Not a thing.

The location was perfect for a young family. Parking is so close to the room, the pool is just outside and the beach and playground are only a short walk away. The room was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the extra things like the beach towels and beach toys were very much appreciated. We will definitely be back!!!

The property location was amazing. Walking distance to several restaurants, a small convenience store and a gate straight to the beach. The unit itself is conveniently located on the first floor right next to the carpark lift. It is literally a handful of steps from the lap pool and hot tub and centrally located in the property so it is a quick walk either out the front doors to the cafes and shops, or a quick walk past the beach shower and out the back gate to the beach. As a fussy sleeper, the bedding exceeded expectations. Travelling during peak tourism time, we were pleasantly surprised not to be able to hear any other guests in the complex once we were inside our unit.
