Loved the hotel and its cleanliness, atmosphere and facilities. Breakfast was amazing, but a little understaffed when we were there as they had a function and kept running out of plates and knives and forks. But the chef was excellent. If we could give the hotel any advice it would be to train the reception staff. Most are very young and not super friendly or happy. Some hotels go out of there way to ensure you have all the informtion you need, but the younger staff just seemed reserved and uninterested in their jobs.

Reception check in could be improved.

We are a couple staying for a family gathering. The location is perfect for the family and friends to enjoy. So close to everything that you need. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast special is great.

The first thing we noticed in the room was that there could be a bit of upgrading, like the entertainment unit is falling apart, probably due to being wet at some stage. That didn't affect our stay at all, just mentioning it as the resort is very nice, and this sort of thing is easy to repair. Also, we were given a room with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. No problem with that, but some kind of shelf near the sink and shower would be great as there is no place to put anything while getting ready. These are just minor things, still did not detract from our stay.

Had a basic hotel room with garden view and small balcony. It was comfortable for one person and hot water in shower was consistent. Mattress was soft and comfortable. Main pool was amazing with lots of lounges and seating areas. Breakfast was nice in Season with some great choices. Free secure parking is amazing. Great resort in a fabulous location. Many great cafes very close by, I recommend the Thai.

Check in took about 20 to 30 plus minutes which was not acceptable. Reception staff were often not at the reception counter. Furniture in room is getting chipped and dated. Shame bar in foyer overlooking pool was closed. Breakfast area gets very busy and hot food was only slightly warm at best.

Staff were amazing. There was a slight hiccup with the first room we were booked in with as it had not been cleaned. The young girl at reception was lovely she arranged a new room and even offered breakfast which was really nice. The facility is lovely the pools looked amazing unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy these as we were here to attend a wedding.

The room (the first one) was dirty wet towels on the floor and messy bed. The second room where we stayed was great. But I struggled a little with the tv. (Couldn’t work out how to get it to work) could have used instructions.

Lots of things. Friendly and helpful staff on check in. Very good undercover parking with secure area opened by room key. Room furniture, bathroom, etc were good. Not brand new, but well maintained and clean. Shower and toilet were top notch. Room servicing was good. Pool was terrific - really, really good lagoon style with a sandy "beach". Restaurants, clothes shops and a convenience store are about 200 metres away. Very good pizza. "Fins" seafood restaurant is world class. The real beach, Pacific Ocean, is just past the shops and restaurants. It seems to be a very safe area. We'll be back.

Two of the slots in the 4-slot toaster didn't work. The bread was ejected before it had a chance of becoming toast. This was not a problem for us, so we didn't complain.

Even though it rained most of our stay, the room was pleasant to stay in. Cafes & restaurants just next door were convenient and nice. Pools lovely. Staff relaxed and pleasant. Room service also available. Buffet breakfast decent and affordable even though not full international. Great location with beach access just behind resort and lovely long board walk to jog or ride along. Grocery store and chemist also just a 5 min drive away. Overall, a really nice property and experience.

Gym and bicycles getting worn but fine. Plunge pools a bit dirty - mostly leaves but it was raining too.

Quite a bit of outside area needed repair and maintenance, eg tropical pool was not heated and the spa did not work. Pavers at main pool obviously needed repair for some time and looked dangerous.. Our car in Wing 6 carpark got heaps of bird poo all over it. Nothing seems to be done to try and control the birds. Room was not ready at 2pm check in time.

We travelled as a family of 5 (kids 4/7/10 yo). We loved the pool. It’s a beautiful resort style pool with good sun for a lot of the day. The room was well equipped alrhough I always wish places offered a stick vacuum to keep floors clean of sand! We otherwise loved the location walking across to nearby cafes, bistro and restaurants

We had two adjoining rooms for a family. There was rooms advertised like this but ours was not. I intentionally chose a room that didn’t say it was two rooms with a shared door (ie one bedroom suite and a separate studio). I personally don’t like this setup when travelling with young kids it makes for disjointed layout and sleep arrangements etc.

The room was awesome .. great size, love the bed, beautiful pool view.

We arrived at 3pm expecting our room to be ready as check in is from 2pm but our room wasn't ready and we had to wait for 45 minutes. I understand staff / housekeeping were busy but to be honest that's not my problem. We weren't checking in early we were checking in late so our room should have been ready for us. Especially as we had an infant with us on a super hot day it would have been nice to go straight to our room. We then needed to ask for a cot because a roll up bed was set up instead. Not a good start to our stay.

The Buffet breakfast had a lot of options and very fresh and delicious. The pool area was wonderful had an amazing hot spa and private covered cabanas to relax and enjoy free time with side tables to enjoy drinks or food by the poo as there is a bar on site. Very relaxing spacious place, rooms are generous size and very quiet if you need a relaxing quiet getaway. Lots of options to explore close by by car or walking distance to other cafes and beach, beautiful gardens and parks around whole resort. Local secluded beaches around Cudgen creek and beach very close to resort. great for private picnics and private beach access. Staff are very helpful, bath products smell amazing, they use appelles large sizes so you don't have to request extra shower gel for the spa or extra conditioner for those with long hair. Bose surround sound for good quality sound in the room, rooms have large cupboards and plenty of space. We booked the spa suite perfect size for a couple, sun lounge and table and chairs on balcony for morning nespresso coffee in peaceful private area.
