Such a great location. This property is not right on the beach - as in, you don't step straight out from the unit onto the sand like some places at the GC. The beach is across the across the road and the block of units is set back behind some small shops. Those shops didn't block any of our views though and the beach is only a 30-sec walk across the road so it's very accessible. Kirra is so beautiful and the wide pathways along the beachfront are incredible for walking, running and bike riding. My kids rode their scooters from Kirra down to Rainbow. 5 min walk to Coolangatta. There is also a playground across the road. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and surf clubs within a few mins walk. Kirra Beach is a huge beach so if you have tiny kids in wagons I would be aware it's a big trek to get across the sand. The apartment was lovely and we had a bonus 3rd little bedroom which is amazing - I would come back just for that as we are a family of 6 (only had 4 of us staying this time). We had one of the most comfortable Gold Coast beds I've ever had! And I've been holidaying on the coast my whole life, so that's saying something. Overall, incredible value for money here, honestly you can't beat it.

We had some ants in our kitchen, couldn't work out why. Otherwise nothing!

parking was easy and they had guest parking for visiting family. great location across from beach. kitchen fitted out well. 6th floor so great views, when doors closed very quiet. nice pool and spa pool. reception staff very helpful and accommodating. dryer and washing machine provided, dishwasher, iron and vacuum , very useful.

unit 606 floors needed good clean feet became black walking on them and the higher surfaces like the fan. 8 day stay so 2 towels each would have been nice but was able to wash and dry in laundry. air con system extremely loud and fluctual. some crockery chipped and hairdryer broken, advised reception and they sorted. 3rd bedroom was very tiny and didn't have a proper door on it just a concertina pull across, very claustrophobic. need curtains in back bedrooms as only venetian blinds and sun screams in at 4am in the morning. needs an upgrade for flooring and furnishing.

A very comfortable two-bedroom apartment with views down the street to Kirra Beach from the spacious balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and all the furniture is modern and comfortable. The decor has been updated and gives a lovely tropical feel. Wifi is good and the smart TV has the ability to watch multiple streaming services. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is available under the building. Excellent cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. There is a well-maintained pool (which I wasn’t game enough to try in June).

Light pollution in the second bedroom is terrible at night. The shutters are jammed and don’t meet the window sill. The outside lights are on all night. I needed an eye mask to get to sleep. The building is surprisingly noisy, with roller suitcases going across tiles at all times of night, the sound able to be heard through the apartment. The floor inside the apartment was slippery, as there was some kind of residue—the building was undergoing pest control, so it might have been that. The beds have no doonas—only sheets. That was a bit strange, but there are minky blankets in the closets. The bathrooms are in need of an update but are serviceable. Nothing to stop me from staying again in the future.

Great location, with only a short walk to the beach, park and a selection of cafes and restaurants. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony and the the apartment was a great size for four people. The apartment and the building overall were clean and the pool area kept tidy.

Flyscreens in the room would be nice to allow the breeze to flow through and listen to the ocean at night. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, however there were a couple of dirty food containers left on the kitchen bench and the oven tray not cleaned. These appeared to have just been forgotten to be attended to between guests. We got rid of the containers and cleaned the tray and passed the information onto reception. It did not ruin our stay in anyway.

Friendly staff , nice size room with lovely sea views very handy to shops and eateries, beach across the road lovely pool area. Hotel was reasonably priced.

Windows did not look like they had been cleaned for a while glass not clean and dust in the frames room was very clean everywhere else. We had a problem with condensation even though we had the doors and windows open at night woke up in the morning floor in the hallway and lounge were very wet . Staff came straight up to try work out the problem . Even though we had these couple of problems I would still stay again

Great location. Lots of cafe and bar options within walking distance. Lovely to step out each morning and enjoy coastal walks. Easy check-in and secure parking. Quiet complex where nice pool area.

Our apartment 205 was lovely and spacious. Comfortable with good furnishings. Only complaints would be that the balcony was very sandy. It needed a good vacuum and mop. The clothes dryer didn’t seem to dry any of our clothes. The air was not hot. Not a big problem that impacted stay but as rooms are not serviced, towels needed to air dry.

Location to the beach was amazing. Walking distance to and from close by shops was great too. The heated spa was fantastic as was having a bath tub in the room we had (definitely needed it with my 1 year old).

My 1 year old son found a bottle cap left in the room and almost choked. Underneath the lounge was absolutely filthy with lint and who knows what else (I didn’t bother looking). Screen doors didn’t close properly or lock. Exhaust fans in the bathrooms would’ve been useful but not a necessity.

Location was good however not the location of the unit that we were in. this looked over the shops next door and the air con units went 24/7. Also there is a bakery which has a back door and in the middle of the night the workers are talking, cleaning, putting out rubbish so quite noisy. Had to keep window closed all night. Spacious unit, nice view(apart from shop) comfy beds and kitchen reasonably well stocked. Good size lounge. Cafes very close and only 20 min walk to Coolangatta.

Noise and position of that particular unit. On driveway side you wouldn’t have that issue

Great location, close to the beach and cafes and restaurants. There was a little shopping centre next door with a 7-11 and a bakery. The apartment was a good size with everything we needed. We had views of the beach, swimming pool and hinterland from our balcony. The car park is individual numbered bays so you don't have to fight for a space. The lift was super fast. Great value for money.

The second bedroom could maybe have done with an airing. it had rained a lot in the days prior to our stay. But that was really minor.

The location was very convenient, the beach was so close and it was easy to get around on foot. The view was lovely and the location being back from the main road was quiet

Coming from interstate we couldn't pack beach towels due to carry on luggage weight limits. Arriving late on the Saturday when the reception was closed and no reception open on the Sunday it would have been nice if beach towels were available in the rooms that could then be paid for when leaving when the reception was then open.
