The property was new and very clean. Excellent location.

The pool was quite exposed tot the next door property.

Excellent location for us! We were part of a large family re-uniting after many years, from NSW, QLD and WA: all over 50 now (some WELL over!) and sharing with our partners the wonderful times we had, as children and teenagers, during August holidays on Coolangatta & Rainbow Bay beaches! Wr came over from Perth for the reunion....flight to Brisbane, train to Coolangatta Station, bus to the unit - easy! As the rest of the family were staying in nearby accommodation, we all appreciated being able to access restaurants & coffee shops & the beach & busses - the location was perfect! )- and as for the apartment itself, it was ideal! - modern, clean, well-appointed, and the 'little extras'.!

Conveniently located, close to public transport. Beautiful views of the beach. Spacious and clean. Great sized balcony.

Was unaware when booking for 3 adults that 1 of us would be sleeping in a single bed. When asked to have then 2 single beds made into a bigger bed I was told housekeeping was already gone at 2:30pm and that there would be a fee to have the bed made into a larger bed. We spent $1200+ for 3 adults there should not be a fee attached to convert the bed into a bigger bed when the booking was booked for 3 adults. Other then that everything was great

Location is fabulous, the apartment is well set out and thoughtfully equipped with all you need for a short term stay.Bed is comfortable and the linens and pillows lovely

The apartment itself is very clean and lovely although a couple of things need to be attended too which are beyond the scope of a general clean. The lounge carpet had two red stains on it, the couches both need an upholstery clean especially as the three seater had some rather questionable stains … the couch decor cushions also need a wash. There was only 1 seat cushion on the outdoor dining table chairs, no cushions on the two sun lounges and wet cushions on the outdoor lounges … maybe a outdoor storage box where cushions could be stored and accessible to guests should they choose to use could negate that issue..

Location and view was fantastic, could see sunrise to sunset. Stayed on level 2 and had a large balcony larger than above apartments. 2 beds and 2 bath was great for our family stay. Nice coffee shop underneath and great eating options close by. We liked the location being away from the more busy Coolangatta but an easy walk to Cooly shops and supermarket. We did not hire a car but hired bikes which made it easy to get around.

Not very close to a supermarket but can walk, ride or drive to The Strand in Coolangatta.

Great fridge, pillows, sound insulation, kitchen, security, immaculately cleaned apartment.

The self-doubt triggered by being unable to recall having requested a quiet room... did I do that? I remember my preference for a room on an upper floor, but not specifying a quiet room, which makes me wonder whether AI knew I'd like a quiet room (impressive foresight), or am I just forgetting about the box I checked off a list of preferences? I doubt the latter, because who, in their right mind, would check "noisy" room please? You already know this because you're I, even if it's AI.

The apartment was situated in a great location close to the beach, coffee shops and eateries. The view was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would like to make special reference to the service staff who found the wedding card and gift I misplaced in the basement. It is refreshing to discover that people are still so honest. Thank you.

The property was well suited to a winter getaway, however the apartment would get hot in summer with the bedrooms situated on the western side. The second bedroom was also very cramped, which may not appeal to some. There wasn’t a blind on the eastern side which could prove problematic with the morning sun in summer streaming into the living room. It also made it difficult to view the television at times. While the kitchen provided most things one needs for a holiday, for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining, more crockery and utensils would be beneficial. The basement car parking was suited to my RAV4, however those less confident drivers or ones with large 4 wheel drives could find the tight corners to basement 3 problematic

The bed in the main room was excellent. The balcony was a great size with plenty of seating and an excellent view of the water. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. Loved the bin system for the normal & recycling.

The shower water pressure could be better/stronger. The carpark was challenging but a good system with the red & green lights. Didn't really work out the tv system but they didn't bother me but my husband was a little frustrated with it.

the location was better than expected. so central and easy to get around. great restaurants.beautiful walk ways prefect for evening and early morning walks. and just across the raod from the beach. the apparentment had a lux vibe which added to the experience.

i wish we had more time there. and maybe some night lighting for the pool area, but maybe i just couldn't find the switch.

The views from the windows were good. The location was great, because cafes and takeaway places were in walking distance. The apartment was very secure. It was good to be able to see part of the ocean. The view of Mount Warning (Tweed Valley) was also very impressive.

The microwave oven in the kitchen was to small due to a standard size dinner plate not fitting inside the unit. Paper towel for the kitchen should be supplied including a tea towel for doing a small wash up if you don't want to use the dishwasher.
