Great location. Spacious apartment although small balcony. Bathrooms are great with plenty of shower space.

Aircon vents leaked water above the kitchen bench and main bedroom. Agave Rosa restaurant is advertised with a QR code on kitchen bench, however we couldn’t place an order. We went downstairs and enquired and they said they don’t do takeaway. We asked for a table and they said they were fully booked even though there were two lots of tables free. When we went back downstairs an hour later to pick up our takeaway from another restaurant, the tables were still free.

Oceanview room with a terrific ocean view. Nice apartment layout. We were in unit 204 with a large spacious deck. The rooms were fine, clean and modern. The second bedrooms was a little on the small size.

We were paying premium school holiday rates and unfortunately there was a terrible sewage smell intermittently on the balconies (unit 204) which rendered them unusable for the glorious sunset with our interstate guests staying with us. When I reported this to reception on checking out I was chastised for not calling the duty manager to investigate!

For personal reasons we made two separate bookings at Iconic Kirra Beach resort and this was the second apartment. Like the first apartment which I have already rated as excellent this was also fantastic. This was on a higher floor with a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately my husband had an accident which required surgery during the middle of this stay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, in particular the night manager who met the paramedics who attended to transport my husband to hospital. Due to the accident we needed to extend our stay by an additional two days until he was safe to fly and reception were very supportive in booking us into another apartment for the remaining two days.

We stayed in a 3BR high floor ocean view apartment - the view was fantastic. The apartment is modern and the beds are comfy. The resort is in a great location - directly across the road from a beautiful family friendly beach and close to many great cafes & restaurants. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and a nice BBQ area.

I just thought that the lounge/dining area was very small for a 3BR apartment. One night we wanted to stay in and watch a rugby game on TV and the 6 of us couldn't sit comfortably in the lounge area. I also thought that the kitchen was a little lacking in cooking items. We wanted to cook in for breakfast and this was a bit challenging. eg. 1 small skillet frypan.

We loved the location and fantastic views. It was lose to many good restaurants and fantastic walking path all along the coast. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were roomy. Staff in reception were very friendly and helpful.

Our only complaint is that there could have been more attention to cleaning of the oven and filter of the exhaust fan in the kitchen. I would like to see more towels provided and some cleaning product so that you can keep the bench tops etc clean.

Awesome location, staff wonderful and helpful and the apartments were great.

The car park experience was poor. The car spots inadequate for any regular size car or SUV. Don’t park unless you have cameras or someone checking while you park. We had cameras and had to move our car seven times because we changed room. The spots were either inadequate or was someone’s else spots even though told to move there. And one time no one was checking during this move the car was damaged. Enter the carpark at your own risk!

We stayed in the 3-bed oceanfront view apartment on the 4th floor of the building. This apartment exceeds the images in the listing (I have high standards and was very impressed). It is really nice and clean and super modern. It was great for our family of 4. It is directly across the road from Kirra Beach with sweeping ocean views all the way up to Surfers Paradise. At the base of the building are several restaurants and cafes and a bottle shop. The apartment was quiet apart from some light road noise. A small supermarket was about 100m walk away. Probably about a 15-minute walk to the main Coolangatta shops but we had everything close by that we needed. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We also had two carparks available to us in the basement of the building.

Nothing - would highly recommend this as a place to stay and would gladly stay there if we are ever in Coolangatta again.

Iconic Kirra is my favorite place to spend the holidays. This was my second stay there, my first was in 2019. I got the same apartment again and I was so happy. Thank you. The apartment is well equipped, clean and beautiful. I felt right at home. I had an ocean front apartment and the view is just amazing. The staff is helpful and nice. The bed is very comfortable. I would recommend this place, and will definitely be back.

The apartment was spacious, airy, clean and comfortable. It was well appointed and we were very comfortable. The balcony off the kitchen has a view to the beach (not the main view), while most of the apartment looks to the hinterland. We had a great weekend and would stay again.

Very minor - the vestibule to the adjoining apartment can be noisy as doors open and close. Also, there is considerable light "spill" from the pool at night so if you're a light sleeper, take your eye masks :) But really, the flat is lovely and we really enjoyed it.

Great location, close to the beach and not crazy busy. Staff assisted with providing us with a clothes airer when one was missing from our room and located missing goggles at the pool. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Close to a large range of restaurants and cafes. We could hear the ocean from our room. Allocated car park.

Can't really think of anything other than it was a long trip to the theme parks, but this was mainly due to extensive roadworks and outside of the property's control.
