This is our new go-to place to stay on the Gold Coast! A lovely, comfortable and well-equipped apartment for our family of four adults and two kids. We had one of the sea view apartments, just across a minor road from the beach, right next to the bikeway along the coast. So relaxing to sit and watch the ocean from our balcony. Our grandkids loved riding their bikes along the brilliant bikeway in both directions - up to Castle Rock and down to Greenmount beach. And they loved the pool and spa. This is our favourite part of the Gold Coast. More laid-back than the busier centres, but will such easy access (car, bikeway and plentiful buses). Checkin was quick and easy, and the managers really lovely. Can’t wait to come back!

Proximity to beach and complex facilities were excellent

Just giving honest feedback. Bathrooms are ok but really need upgrading and cleaning was not very good at all. Under sinks in kitchen, bathroom, laundry it was dirty. there were water logged boxes and empty containers so obviously cupboards are not checked. Top of range hood in kitchen hasn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Bathroom and ensuite showers have mouldy grout. Floor tiles need a good scrub.

The location was great, lots of little necessities (cling wrap, freezer bags, mosquito coils) it's the added extras when travelling. Car park was secure and bed was comfy 😌

The main bedroom only had a sliding glass door, and the neighbouring building was sooo close that there was no privacy except when I had the curtain closed and then there was no natural light (maybe a net curtain). And the stairs were tough, we were on the top floor and going out everyday shopping etc. A garbage shute would be helpful.

Exceptionally clean .. everything was emaculate & couldn’t fault it at all. Lovely & quiet, couldn’t even hear the main road traffic during the night. A couple of loud low flying planes in the morning but nothing to complain about there. One thing though, being of an older age than most, it would have been great to have a rail in the second bathroom, in the bath, so as to able to hold onto something as you climb over the tub. It’s not a walk out shower so is quite slippery & dangerous with nothing to hold on to. BUT .. out of 10 I’d give it 9.

very close to the beach and walking track with playgrounds for the kids. apartment as clean - we did get moved before we got there from the original apartment due to a fault/water leak but in all honesty it was a good apartment and not knowing what the original one was meant to be - we were very happy with the place we were put in.

have to drive or walk a great distance to get any food if we weren't prepared and brought your own.

Fantastic apartment that was beautifully decorated in a coastal theme. The complex it was in, was very quiet. The beach was a 2 minute walk and the location was great. We saw whales and dolphins on our morning walks along the beach. We loved every minute of our stay, as did our children. Who were 16 & 5. The pool & spa were fantastic.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

floors (main area and kitchen and verandas ) were dirty… our feet got black mattresses were poor quality and some were not comfy Air conditioner was dirty needed filter to be cleaned…the dirt was visible from outside Parking area was very tight and poorly it

It was beautifully decorated, the beds were amazing. The kitchen had every thing you could think of and even cooking basics. It is like a lovely home away from home. Roomy, clean, comfortable and so many thoughtful extras like pencils, games for kids, drawing pads. Hair-dryer and straightener, washer/ drier. The freezer was full of icecubes and I appreciated that so much. Staff are lovely and the beach is right there. A lovely pool area,and 2 large outdoor areas with pool recliners and dining setting

Close to beach, nice view from balcony. Has all the facilities required for long stay.

Blinds in bedroom not very good, a lot of light comes through. Hard to sleep after night shift. A lot of noise with the main highway and overhead planes.

The location was excellent, very close to the airport, beach, shops. It had a lovely pool and BBQ facility. 40 mins or less to attractions both on Gold Coast and over the border in NSW.

The unit needed some TLC. There was only one wine glass, too many other glasses, the cupboard doors were loose. A review of crockery/cutlery supplied would not go amiss.
