The facilities at this resort are excellent for families. Even in July, the pool was a beautiful temperature and the spa was great. The gym is small and a little dated but more than you need for a family resort. Loved the layout of the 2 bed, easily fit our family of 6. Great kitchen and all important laundry and dryer. Excellent location and incredibly helpful staff. We will be back!

The building is looking a little dated in the foyers and hallways. Could do with a freshen up.

From the warm friendly greetings to the complimentary drinks and chocolates for the kids Wyndham Kirra has it covered. Perfectly located a street back from the beach, with easy access to the main strip. The room was first floor overlooking the pool, quiet clean and with all the comforts of home. The beds are amazing, we all slept so well and enjoyed many sleep-ins in the super comfortable beds. Rain or shine the kids were always in the pool, spa, playing mini golf and on the pool table.

Friendly staff, good location, nice size room, clean room, excellent family resort.

Room was not ready for check in at required time, however the staff were apologetic and we didn't have to wait too much longer From the photos I had thought that the room would be alot brighter but it was a little dark. We were disappointed that our room was a lower level right beside the putt putt course, however if you had small children, it would be a perfect room.

The accommodation itself was fantastic, 2 bedroom appartment with a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer as well. The pool facilities are top notch, mini golf and a few kids activities! Perfect for families. The kids said their beds were comfy and they enjoyed the little night lights above them.

Our host was so focused on trying to sell us a time share she neglected to provide information about the facilities available, where to park our car or even let us know which floor we were going to be staying on, extremely off putting! She even turned up at our door and welcomed herself inside our apartment to make sure we had our entry ticket to the time share presentation which she tried to play off as a presentation about the facilities available at the hotel. We did not attend the presentation as we were there for a nice getaway not to purchase a time share for some hotel. The king sized bed is awful, the 'partner' disturbance was outrageous, felt like sleeping in a water bed - Do not recommend the king bed at all.

The only thing that put me off was the communication regarding early check in was very poor. Got a call at 10 am saying room being cleaned now then never heard another thing till I rang at 3pm Also I felt very pressured by girl wanting me to go to a meeting the next morning. I said I wasn't interested but the pressure was still there

The facilities were really great for our family. The pool, putt putt, playground, cafe and free bike hire came in very handy. Our 2 bedroom unit was also modern, fresh, clean and comfortable.

Not much to write here, we were on the ground floor so it didn't affect us until check out and trying to get a trolley (from the basement) to take our bags to our car, but one lift wasn't working which created a bit of chaos.

Loved the access to bikes to borrow, pool, mini golf and proximity to the beach, playgrounds and cafes. Very spacious, well equipped apartment.

Photos and description made it sound like an oceanview room but we were on the ground floor with no view.

The hotel is great and everything you need. the beach at kirra is lovely.

Once the roadworks are finished on the gold coast highway and currumbin on the main highway. it will be easier to get around

Clean, location was great.

The room service was shocking. And the lifts got very very busy before check out time.. we had to wait 15mins at one stage. I also felt that we got contacted too many times about watching the seminar.
