Our recent 5-night stay at Blue C Coolangatta was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate condition of the apartment. The cleanliness was top-notch, with every corner of the room sparkling and fresh. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, ensuring a pristine environment that truly enhanced my stay. The customer service deserves special mention as the staffs were incredibly attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. In addition to cleanliness and service, several other aspects made our stay memorable. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities that provided a comfortable and convenient experience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the in-room facilities, including a well-equipped kitchenette, added an extra level of convenience. The hotel's location was ideal, situated close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to reach our conference venue. Despite its central location, the apartment was quiet, allowing for a peaceful retreat after a day of meetings & sightseeing. Overall, our stay at Blue C Coolangatta exceeded our expectations in every way. Amazing location very quiet even though there is a construction site next door and the views were incredible! Pool area was lovely and tropical and very private.

Unfortunately our room was very dusty and smelly, cobwebs in the bedrooms and dust on the headboards in bedrooms very irritating. Vacuum provided didn't help there is no suction but we managed to clean it up a little. Mould in the bathrooms floor tiles and cockroach infestation!

Pool was great and so was the bbq. The staff were very friendly, especially the couple who did a mid stay clean. Location was perfect, close to shops and opposite the beach. Nice gym and kids play area.

Poor mattress, old furniture and dishwasher which did not work properly. Cleaning was okay but not very through, eg runners in the wardrobe full of crumbs and dirt. Would benefit from large glasses for soft drinks and also plastic cups to use by the pool. WiFi was patchy at times.

Very easy check-in process and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Three lifts meant one was available at all times to travel up and down from the 11th floor. The apartment was spacious enough with an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, laundry with washing machine and separate dryer, extra toilet, a wide balcony with front-on uninterrupted sea views, and cooking facilities to be able to make own meals. It is very conveniently located near the shopping center, restaurants, and supermarket, and opposite the beach. The pool area is quite large and there is enough room for several groups to enjoy themselves. It is the 4th stop on the 760 bus route from Gold Coast Airport which was easy to catch using a Go Explore card which you can buy and top up from WH Smith in the airport if you need one.

Be aware that there is no daily service of apartments so you will need to wash and dry the towels and teatowel you are given when you check-in.

Upgraded to a Penthouse apartment Fabulous size. Outstanding views. Very friendly & professional staff. Well managed property.. Very easy to check in. Restaurants all within easy walking distance. Property overlooked the beach with huge balconies & large private pool. Outside furniture very comfortable

The penthouse apartment was a bit tired. Uncomfortable couch to sit on in the main lounge area & well worn. Property could do with a coat of paint & carpet in second lounge needs cleaning to remove stains.

Location was central to everything we needed. Beach, shops cafes were all close by. We had a car so was easy to travel to theme parks etc

Blinds need replacing in second bedroom, broken an and they let a lot of light through from lights outside in the evening. It didn’t worry my children though so that was a bonus. The main room was very small and not much room to move around. We managed though and this was only a small issue.

So close to restaurants and shopping malls. The view from the room is great. The apartment is quite spacious.

The location - depends on where you want to go, it takes a bit of a drive if you want to go to the theme parks and similar tourist attractions which are located around Surfers Paradise area. Some of the household appliances seem a bit old but it's not a big problem for us.

Amazing location and view. So handy opposite the beach with supermarkets and restaurants just downstairs. Apartment had a lovely balcony and contained everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment cleaning was poor, we had to go and purchase products to clean the floors on arrival as they were sticky and seemed to be covered by a greasy film.

Beach views were amazing and location was so close to everything we needed. We loved the pool and staff were very friendly.

The bed in the main bedroom was hard and uncomfortable and the toilet in the ensuite was running on and off. Whole place could do with a really deep clean but generally everything else was really lovely.

I booked this for my very elderly parents who were initially reluctant to go up to this price category but they LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! Major wins were: 1. it had a walk in shower - it’s alarming how hard that is to find. 2. views lived up to the pictures. 3. Large, clean and fully equipped kitchen 4. Safe and secure car parking. 5. Excellent location in a more natural part of Gold Coast and walking distance to cafes and supermarket Special thanks to the whole team.
