Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lovely host on reception. Bed comfy, room spacious and brilliant range of options in the minibar. I was there early week so it was quieter, which was perfect for me. The sunset from the rooftop was gorgeous! Location is exceptional, a stone's throw from the stunning beach and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Just wish I'd booked longer, this wonderful hotel is one of my favourite stays during my Australia trip!

I walked straight into the bathroom door!! My silly fault but a warning that if you're clumsy like me, dimly lit rooms and a dark glass door is a slight hazard!

We stayed here for 1 night as a couple and loved the Pink Hotel! The receptionist (Lauren) was so lovely and friendly! Our room was fantastic - spacious with everything you’d need including a SMEG with lots of things you could purchase (as part of mini bar!). Bed was so comfortable too! Rooftop bar area was really cool and gave fantastic views to the beach and over Coolangatta. Location is fantastic - 2min walk to the beach and very central for all the shops / restaurants etc. Would highly recommend this hotel & we would stay here again!

The bathroom was a bit like a wet room with water running everywhere outside of the shower!

The Pink Hotel was absolutely adorable. The location is unbeatable - literally right off the beach and next to different bars, cafes, and shops. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Although we were on the second floor, we still had a great view! We loved the record player in our room as well as the neon light that gave the space a great vibe. The staff was so lovely and helpful, and we were fortunate to be able to use the rooftop a few times, even though the weather wasn't great. We would absolutely stay again!

I can't think of anything - it was a great hotel!

We had the unit that had the beach views and it was gorgeous. The bed was so comfy , the decor was so cool and it was so lovely and clean . We loved the record player & selection of records and the neon light. The communication we received prior to checking in was personal & informative. The info sheet was honest - it said it could get noisy so earplugs were supplied (we didn’t find it noisy) and to let the hot water run for a while ! The room was lovely & spacious

There was nothing we didn’t like - we prefer a pool but we knew there was no pool when we booked

We loved how close it was to what we needed. The value was great compared to that of across the road. We also needed to have a late check out and have a shower later on that evening after an event before our red eye flight and the staff were so insanely accommodating! I actually couldn’t appreciate them more for that little added touch to make our journey home that much easier. Check out was at 11am and they kept our stuff in the office and then let us use a spare room to shower in later on that afternoon. It was genuinely a god send given we travelled for a dance competition and my young daughter really needed to shower before getting on the plane

The noise. Our room was on the corner and backed onto a side ally from a pub, which we didn’t realise. So it was incredibly noisey over the weekend. The lack of individual heating/cooling systems in each room did make it challenging and a bit cold on some nights.

Top location opposite beach on the east and Twin Tiwns Services Club on the west with only 100200 metres to walk to either. Rooftop bar with rest rooms on site and room decor so cool. A grand idea tgat will stay for a ling time I believe (and hope) so I can revisit for a longer time frame next trip. Lauren was tremendously helpful for us NSW Country travellers and wonderful to deal with.

THE WEATHER - Unfirtunately the Hotel does not have the capacity to stop tge rain, but the fun rooms made up for that issue!! 😂🤣

The rooms were modern and fresh with an eccentric vibe. The location is fantastic. Close to the beach, cafes and Twin Towns. The lady who looks after the property was lovely and super helpful. Our lights in our room kept flickering and when she couldn’t fix the problem she kindly upgraded our room which was lovely.

There is no hotel parking just street parking which can be difficult to find. Found that challenging for the cost of the room. Not great if you have difficulty with stairs. Property not suited for anyone needing wheel chair access. Can be slightly noisy from the bar but they supply ear plugs in the rooms.

Perfect location in town! Right next to Greenmount beach, restaurants and cafes are right next to the hotel so you don't have to walk far and the rooftop has excellent viewings of Coolangatta. Our room was clean and well-presented, we could not fault them!

The ONLY thing I can think of is the noise of people walking up and down the stairs outside your room and the late-night party-goers on the street and at the restaurant below. It didn't affect my sleep as I am a heavy sleeper but I can understand how that may annoy others. However, they supply ear plugs for all guests in the room if you need them :)

Everything was great, the location, the furniture and fittings, the bed was comfortable and large, the room had great touches. The rooftop area is also a great edition considering the rooms don’t have balconies as we were on the ground floor.

We didn’t receive our check in code via text under the day after checking in, must have been in error. We had to call the after hours number at reception which took a little while, but once sorted was no issue. The shampoo and body wash containers in the shower were empty and there were only two small soap bars.

What a groovy place to stay in Coolangatta, wish we had another night to enjoy the disco area and listen to albums in the room. Comfy bed, cute flamingo bath robes, along with a lounge to relax on. Roof top area lovely to people watch.

Unfortunately there was a strong odour coming from the drain in the kitchenette, which didn’t really smell until after returning from our evening meal. We covered the drain with an ice bucket which solved the issue overnight and reported to reception as we checked out.
