The unit was large and spacious. It was furnished with comfortable and stylish furniture. Wonderful facilities and very easy check in and check out procedure. 1 block from Rainbow Bay, close to shops and restaurants. Underground car parking. The large pool and spa area was a particular favourite of my children. Very secure and safe. Everyone we encountered in the building were extremely friendly. Very clear communication from the managers. We were sad to leave!

Older bathrooms and kitchen, although still very clean and all appliances worked. Fan did not work in the main living area - think it may had needed replacement batteries in the remote.

So close to the best beach in Australia. Pool was open nice and late. The owners were so lovely and gave us lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to see around Coolangatta. Even tho our room wasn’t on a high floor we could still see the beach and watch people surfing all day. The rooms were huge, we had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and laundry.

It was a little loud. You could hear everything happening in the apartment above us, but that’s just how older buildings are and it can’t be helped.

Fantastic location and a spacious apartment! It maybe an older apartment block but our apartment was so bright and airy as well as equipped with everything you need for your stay. Beds were comfortable with views from both bedrooms as well as the whole living area. On site parking and an easy walk to the beach, Danger Point or into Coolangatta main street, you couldn't ask for more! Excellent communication from Ben re our checkin as we arrived after hours ,with instructions that made for easy acsess.It was also great value for money as opposed to other places for same time period. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Bedroom needs curtains. Blinds do nothing to keep out the light

The apartment layout was good as was the location to the local area. The kitchen was functional, and the appliances were appropriate for us. The shower had good water flow and was a good size. The entire apartment was very comfortable.

The cleaning of the apartment could have been a little better, there was hair in the shower drain and also the water in the hand basin was slow to drain. On inspection I found the drain plug blocking the water from escaping was congealed with matted hair and "gunk" in the drain hole.

Location and 13th floor views

Internet really poor so tv can’t pick up any digital channels, you tube, movies, 7 plus etc. Raining during stay meant inside time, saw unit had dvd player so purchased dvd’s, only to find dvd player didn’t have hdmi cord to connect to tv and av cords supplied didn’t work either with no connection in the tv for them. Told receptionist but she didn’t know what a hdmi cable was and said she would leave note for owner. So we had to buy one at $24. Still had a good time. Lucky I brought puzzles. The kitchen table needs to be replaced. It creaked and wobbled as we did puzzles. The wood joins are coming out of its grooves

location was fantastic with ocean views. Everything in the accomodation, surrounding gardens and amenities was well looked after. The managers were great-friendly and helpful. On the last day our taxi to the airport didnt show up so the manager took us in his car. We appreciated this generous act and would highly recommend staying here.

Location in regards to Rainbow Bay and Duranbah was excellent. Location is very quiet. Rooms are spacious and it was a bonus having a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Rooms have good natural light and beds comfy. Underground parking was very secure.

The staff were amazing. We stayed during cyclone Alffie. The staff kept us updated and checked on our welfare. They went out of their way to assist. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends. The room was exceptional. BIG Thank you

Weekend check-in is outside normal reception hours but wasn't given access details until requested, which could also just be part of process. Otherwise nothing we didn't like about our stay
