We found the location great - especially for our early morning starts when we walked up to watch the sun rise each day. The new managers (Brendan and Kylie) had only started the day after we arrived. However, they honestly couldn't do enough for us during our stay to make our accommodation experience comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you both for all the little things you did, i.e., making a top for the spa pool (your day two) to see if it would make it warmer for our 7.00am spas.

The kitchen was sparse with items and initial supplies to get you on your way, i.e., no pepper and salt, no oven glove. The unit could also have been cleaner, but to be fair, the new managers had only just started after we arrived.

Great location; handy to Snapper Rocks/Rainbow Bay beaches/surf breaks, Tweed Mall etc. Good proximity to Coolangatta cafes and shops. Great views up the road at Point Danger to engage in whale watching. Friendly staff. Nice warm spa! Great coffee up the street at Black Dingo Cafe. Full kitchen was handy as was the laundry.

Construction next door was pretty noisy, but it was manageable as we were out most of the day doing things. A coffee plunger in the kitchen or a coffee maker would be a nice bonus.

Location was terrific, it is at the top of the hill, which I liked for extra exercise and daily steps. Access to the beach walking paths and shops and restaurants is great. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen well appointed with the usual equipment plus glad wrap, sugar, tea, and mini milk for day one cuppa tea on arrival. The bathrooms are a bit dated (blue tiles) and have separate hot and cold taps in shower and basin but fully functional and hairdryer is supplied. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of pillows supplied and extra bedding in cupboards of blanket or lightweight doona (quilt). Every room has ceiling fans and A/C in central lounge room. Foxtel and Netflix available (just sign into your own account and log out before you leave). Shane on the front desk is very friendly and helpful should you need anything. Also beach towels are available for free use.

Wonderful family friendly apartment with a great view in a great location and an awesome big balcony. Quiet, nice pool and easy walk to the beach. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back again soon! This might become our regular holiday apartment from now on!

The hardest thing was trying to get an uber to the airport in the morning! Recommend booking in advance as it’s just so close to the airport no Ubers would take us!

The apartment was spacious clean with good views. The management were active in running all the facilities which were clean the under building parking was easy to access and plenty of space to manoeuvre. The pool was crystal clear and spa well heated for mid winter

Apartment was a 2 bedroom with obscured view to ocean, but we could not use the second bedroom as apparently price didn't include it? I didn't bother further enquiring about this as it was just the 2 of us. Bed was only a double, and a bit squeezy for my 6'2 partner who likes to spread out..LOL! Other than that room was clean, comfortable for our 1 week stay, kitchen had all the crockery and cutlery as expected, fridge, microwave, cooktop took a bit of working out, but we got there, had enough utensils to prepare a nice breakfast (we like to cook for ourselves). An older apartment did the job, secure parking a bonus, close to shopping centres, Twin towns, and other eateries, we spent a bit of time at the Cooly, they have bands, live music, quiz nights, meals were OK. I also liked the fact airport was only about 10 mins away. We enjoyed our time at Coolangatta.

There was nothing that was stand out bad, apartment was secure, amenities were as expected. There were a lot of road and building works going on, so some Noise and slow going on the roads, we sort other roads to avoid the stop start going, but as we were out and about noise wasn't an issue during slumber hours.

Good location, comfy apartment, manager friendly and helpful, Rainbow Bay is a beautiful place

Only quibble would be that there was only one bedside reading lamp, so had to leave overhead light on, even though my husband wanted to sleep. No coffee plunger but we had bought our own just in case, so a heads up to others

Good location for our favourite Rainbow Bay. Well stocked kitchen and so handy having a washer and drier for a traveller! Lovely shady balcony when hot. Pool was a perfect temperature.

One of the chairs on balcony was very wobbly. A sun bed would have been nice.

The lift was great instead of stairs, the view was amazing and close to shops and beach

there was no shower caddy in either bathroom, no hangers in 2nd bedroom and no hair-dryer. No fly screens in 2nd bedroom so had to keep the windows closed (bugs came in first night).

Close to beach and clean. Well managed and quite. Lovely big balcony

The property (unit7) we stayed in needs an update. Whilst the property managers, manage the property very well, this unit needs to be modernized. In particular, it would not suit a child as the coffee glass table top was not secured and constantly moved. It’s dangerous for a child as almost slide off. This needs to be attended to.
