Fantastic apartment: super spacious, bright, extremely clean, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, really nice bedrooms and overall a great place to live and relax. Beautiful pool with spa. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back again.

Management was very nice and helpful upon arrival. Apartment was actually ready before 2pm which made our check in super smooth and easy. We really appreciated it. Only negative note, we were there for a sport event and one of the girls didn't have keys with her as we were all on a different schedule, however she was told that giving an extra key just to open the door for a few minutes was going to cost 50$ extra, so a bit disappointed in that instance. Other than that, what a great stay!

A lovely place to stay, great pool and its in a very convenient spot to restaurants and shopping.

terrible road noise with the motorcycles and cars going up the hill. stayed in unit 2. Couch was not comfortable..sagging in the middle. Oven had no marking so l burnt a number of meals as l had no idea what temperature it was on. Queen bed was too soft for me . the light in the main bedroom didn't work and the bedside lamps didn't have a switch on them so you have to get out of bed to turn them off.

Great location, and lovely gardens around the place. Lots of stairs to climb to apartment but lovely with great views. However, the TV/streaming didn’t work well unfortunately. And no coffee plunger. A few things to fix with plumbing of first toilet and taps in both bathrooms. But we enjoyed our stay

The location is excellent. So close to everything worth seeing in Coolangatta. The pool on site is a great place to cool down and take it easy. Excellent positioning, thanks. The manager is excellent, couldn't do enough for us, got things running smoothly and got us up to date regarding local activities. Thanks again. The beach is less than 5 minutes stroll away, the shops, cafes, pubs, club are all within easy walking distance. The beach edge park/walkway is an excellent asset to the locality. Lovely place to wander through and to ocassionally dip out of of into the "spots".

I was astounded by the distance from the edge of the beach to the sea. Couldn't ye have brought it closer. The days are hot and I couldn't get a taxi to drop me off in the water. Ah, well. Can't have everything I suppose.

Extremely clean and great location, everything is in walking distance. Owner helped us to get 5 suitcases upstairs.

The stairs! Although we knew about them we weren’t expecting to be on the top level with 60 odd stairs and 20kg luggage to get up. Lip at the entry of the bathrooms is quite dangerous, we tripped a few times.

Great location, close to surf and at the ‘quieter’ end of the Gold Coast.

A little more equipment in the kitchen would have been useful. A coffee plunger, a second fry pan & cling film, foil etc would be good. Last year’s unit in the same complex had these things which was great.

Location was awesome

The apartment was very tired and need's some work. Bathrooms are old and in need of an upgrade. Carpets need a clean. We know they are privately owned so it is no reflection on the staff as they were very helpful. Our parents had another apartment in the complex and this was so well looked after they were very happy.

The location is exceptional, close to the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The grounds were very well maintained with a swooping bird that provided much entertainment.

The only negative was the beds were a little uncomfortable, especially the single beds in the second bedroom

The bed was comfy,rooms were spacious,the pool and spa were amazingly clean and well kept,verandahs front and back,close drive to visit family and have them visit us.Our own downstairs carpark,next to snapper rocks(famous surf break),big apartment with plenty of room for our little one to run around.The owners r amazingly down to earth people who were polite and accommodating every step of our holiday even giving us a ride to the airport off there own back to make sure we got our flight on time.Really lovely people and an amazingly beautiful area,worth every penny

There wasn't anything I didn't like and I'll b continuing to stay here if there r vacancies in the future

Location, parking and complex.

The room really needed some basic attention (#24). The kettle needed replacing (stains and lid leaked when pouring). The towels were musty like they were never dried properly. The shower screamed at you (tap/needs changing - benefit being showers were very quick). The door handles need attention as they don't close without a jiggle. A few more garbage bags and a dish cloth wouldn't go astray. The wifi did not work, the ironing board was broken. The second bedroom had poor powerpoint placement and all it needed was an extension board tacked around the edge of the room to the bedside, and the bedside needed a lamp. Some very, very simple (cheap) things would have made all the difference.
