This property was perfectly located. The amenities were perfect, especially having a washer and dryer whilst travelling as a family! The pool was great for the kids too. My ONLY feedback for improvement would be some sort of stick vacuum. Not much can be done about sand given the proximity to the beach but I swept so many times and still ended up with sand in the bed haha. Could be more of a me problem.

The location was fantastic- close to the beach, shops, restaurants, walkways etc... The unit was well equipped and spacious. Outdoor pool area was great. Staff were very friendly and willing to accommodate our needs- changed our unit to a ground floor unit due to my limited mobility from recent surgery. Could not fault this place- would love to come back again!

Air con did not work in first unit- however this was remedied when we were moved to a ground floor unit. So no problems really.

Excellent location being able to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. The furniture in the apartment and decor was very nice. We loved having 2 bathrooms for a change. Our house only has 1.

Just two things! We couldn't connect the tv to the wifi so we couldn't watch any streaming services on tv. Our phones and iPads connected fine to the network but the tv failed to. One last thing is about the tiny coffee mugs - they were so small I ended up buying some larger normal size ones from an op shop and leaving them.

Convenient location to the beach and shopping. Very clean and tidy apartment. Note there is no lift and we were on the top floor, which wasn’t an issue for us.

There were only ceiling fans in the bedrooms, did not feel adequate at times.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bay Apartments Coolangatta. The location was fantastic, we loved being a walk away from the beach and the apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishware. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer as we were there on a rainy weekend. We also made good use of the saltwater pool and hot tub and were grateful to the staff for their great service and hospitality during our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Close to the beach, shops, club etc, rooms were a good size. BBQ was great to have, pool was nice. Self-contained rooms had everything you needed including dryer & washing machine. Service from the staff was Outstanding, Thank you for your service!

All Beds/mattresses were too old they seemed & uncomfortable, lumpy & worn everyone found. Single beds in the 2nd room were only good enough for small children as our teenagers are reasonably tall & feet almost hung off. May we suggest king singles would be a good idea.

Great location, great and spacious apartment with absolutely everything you need, nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and bbq area, onsite parking coming with the unit, quiet, very helpful staff (thanks again Darryl)… can’t have enjoyed this place more.

Awesome location and facilities. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and more. Spacious rooms, two bathrooms, open plan lounge and living, washing machine and dryer, pool and car parking. Just around the corner from the beach and a fab coffee shop.

Genuinely just an all around top spot. Excellent apartment.

Very close to local amenities. Good size apartment with pool & warm spa. Easy access into apartment via little front gat & garden which was good. Super easy check in. Was missing a hairdryer in room but went to reception for one. Would stay again if they had a special on. I think the price was just a little up there for the quality of the apartment.

Loved every part of our stay from the super easy friendly check in to the great room and wonderful location. We enjoyed our stay and would be super happy to return.

There was no air conditioning other than fans in the bedrooms. This could have been better described on the website. All rooms should really have air conditioning given the climate!
