Amazing Stay! Honestly, I couldn’t ask for more. Spacious & Comfortable Room – The bed was super comfy, and the room was big enough. Fantastic Outdoor Area – The jacuzzi and pool were the best! If you don’t like getting too sandy, the pool is a great alternative. Perfect Beach Access – The hotel is literally just a few steps from the beach! Friendly Atmosphere – So many friendly people around, and even a lovely little market on Sunday, perfect for a beachside stroll and shopping. Great Service – The staff were super friendly, and the room was always clean.

The Gym Needs an Upgrade – The machines are really old, and the gym itself is quite small (only about 4-5 machines). A little love here would make a big difference!

The room was very large and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also had good views from our room. The staff were friendly especially the teams in the restaurant, they made our stay very enjoyable. The room and bathroom was clean. Location is great in Coolangatta, next to the twin towns and close to the beaches and shops, however it is far from Surfers Paradise, Pacific Fair and most tourist attractions if you are using public transport.

Requested to get handsoap twice to which it took the 3rd time. Also lacked furnishings for our room. Could of used an extra seat or small sofa. But other than that we have no complaints. It was a very good stay.

Pillows were amazing. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast choice was excellent and food quality good. Only complaint was the terrible coffee. Yes we could pay for barista coffee but filter drip coffee would have been better than those machines like in service stations that sell dreadful cheap coffee. Spoilt what was a lovely breakfast.

See above. The dreadful breakfast coffee. Water was not boiling for the tea, just hot, so tea was likewise disappointing. We have boiling water in my workspace on tap, but if that is too difficult, get staff to supply boiling water.

Plenty of choice. Coffee machine would be better if it gave you a choice for a weaker coffee.

Had rubbish to dispose of (leftover food scraps and containers that were smelly and did not want to leave in room overnight and asked reception where I could take it (as per the welcome note Sebel rooms serviced daily but Mantra have rubbish chute near lifts). Receptionist advised there is a rubbish room near lifts. I advised I was on a Sebel floor and she insisted I could dispose of it there. However, the rubbish room door could not be opened when I tried it. As it was getting late I did not want to go out to the street to dispose of it and did not feel I could go back to the receptionist again. There was no spare blanket for bed - elderly Mum feels the cold even though air con on. Overall enjoyed stay though.

Beautiful rooms, modern, everything you need, we had a view of the bay and very setup for a couple style stay. Melbourne crown casino style hotel feel, good climate control, nice mood lighting configurations and comfortable bed. Curtains are blockout, so if you’re a late morning person it’s perfect for you. Balcony… and if you get a morning breakfast voucher.. don’t skip it - it’s a fabulous buffet.

We had 2.1mtr tall vehicle and had issues figuring this out prior to arriving, but we did find out eventually the first section of private secured parking is infact 2.1mtrs for us which was fine with good parking.

The hotel and accommodation was fantastic. Were an older couple who enjoy an early start and a great breakfast, the Sebel offered inclusive breakfast which was plentiful and of great quality. Being able to eat early was ideal to enable us to get the most out of the day. The location was great being part of Twin Towns gave us many options for food and coffee. The view was fantastic and we spent many a late afternoon on the balcony having an early evening drink taking in the view. Have already recommended to other friends and family and will be back again.

The only thing I think it lacked was maybe a small sofa.

The included breakfast was a great way to start our day after a nice walk on the beach from Greenmount to Coolangatta and back. Location is fantastic and the easy access to Twin Towns is great. The ladies and chefs who work the breakfast are so lovely and always welcomed us warmly.

There were a few things that had been left in our room from previous stayers which led me to believe they don’t thoroughly clean. The exposed toilet brush with stains on it is a little off putting. We also didn’t get the correct amount of voucher for breakfast and when I queried it a different staff member to the one that checked me in was not overly nice or apologetic about it. The lady who checked me in came out and apologised straight away and fixed the error.

The location was perfect right across the road to beach, restraints, shops. Hotel connected to casino, pub/bar. Beautiful beach to swim in! Nice rooms. Buffet breakfast nice. Nice pool and spa. Very helpful nice young man at front desk, think his name was Henrique.

The bar staff wasn’t sure of the answer when I asked if drinks were allowed in the pool area. So I never actually new if drinks where allowed in pool area. I think the bar should have the option of getting drinks in a plastic cup and enjoying a drink by the pool. The pool was often taken up by elderly men that lived in the complex swimming laps. This stopped the kids from enjoying the pool to their fullest.

Great modern rooms, lovely views, top sound proofing so the room are very quiet (even on NYE!) and they’re not uncomfortably warm so you didn’t need to put the air con on at night and could sleep well, which was great. Excellent, friendly staff and housekeeping. Mini golf for the kids was a nice extra.

Minor things really: the pillows are all high and no alternatives available. The breakfast kitchen and floor staff are really lovely and look after you but the buffet itself isn’t hugely interesting. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait for the lifts. The outdoor pool isn’t really shaded and the indoor one wasn’t working. Nothing to bother you hugely though

First of all, during our check-in, the receptionist was amazing. She narrated all the things we could do during our stay. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a great view of the pool and the beach. The breakfast was unbelievably good. We could order omelettes and pancakes, alongside continental breakfast options such as perfect pastries.. You wouldn’t get hungry for a while after having that wonderful breakfast. The swimming pool and the jakuzi were amazing to enjoy after a long day. They also changed our towels and cleaned our room daily. The hotel was also surrounded by many good quality restaurants.
