It was clean and comfortable, close to shops, food and beach. The apartment had everything you needed to cook and to serve with. My daughter even enjoyed the pool and spa even though I thought it was way too cold!.

A few things that we weren't aware of the foxtel channels we were told we should have, only had 2 of the 8, the air con/heating didn't work, the directions for where the FOB box was to get into the garage should have been highlighted or described slightly better. Main bathroom toilet seat was wonky and the blind chain fell off when opened.

The customer service was exceptional. They responded promptly to our queries, and all our requests were met. We had a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment with a sea view. It was spacious, light, renovated, and very well equipped. The location was awesome. Right behind the new Kirra Beach Hotel & a very short walk to beach & shops. The pool, BBQ area, and gardens were well maintained and really nice. Bonus was a fully fenced grassed area with a security gate. This is perfect for families with young children

Our apartment was on the top floor and there were lots of STAIRS. However, we knew there wasn't an elevator before we booked and wasn't really an issue for us. However, elderly guests or those with mobility issues should request a lower floor when booking.

Apartment 19 is spacious and had plenty room for our family. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed time on the balcony despite the construction. We were notified in advance which I appreciated as it was pretty loud and could have otherwise been disappointing. But I just put my headphones in! Kids loved the pool area and overall location is great.

The couches were pretty uncomfortable and could do with being replaced. I am being picky here but as we stayed 5 nights it bothered me a little. The unit would benefit from a coffee machine.

The location was brilliant! Close to beach, close to restaurants and shops. Loved the pool and spa the grounds were lovely. Love having secure parking. Spacious Apartment. Did I mention location it was brilliant.

The apartment was worn and ready for an update. While it was surface clean the carpet, lounge and light fittings were not. The kitchen, bathroom and carpet are all ready to be replaced. While items in the kitchen were great bring a cutting board if you want to cook the one supplied is tiny - but that is just nit picking really.

Kirra Palms central location to cafes, restaurants, beach. Easy walking to some very friendly eateries, providing great coffee, quality food at reasonable prices. Easy access to the many beautiful beaches. Surf clubs provide an opportunity for coffee and breakfast on morning walks along the shore line. Complex was secure and people were respectful of the quiet times in the evening and early mornings. Lovely grassed area near the bbq, and a large pool, with a warm spa. Enjoyed by the family. The washing/drying facilities were great, no need to hang towels out to dry.

Loved the location, I enjoyed the low rise building, I was on the ground floor, there was no view, which was not important to me as it was easy to walk to the view. I loved the area and all the guests and staff were delightful. Close to food places, I enjoyed the love cafe, which is a 2 minute walk to the block North, best coffee I have had in years. Good sized rooms and ground floor had a great size balcony.

Didn't like that I had to leave.

On arrival, I went to the reception, found reception staff very polite, helpful, answered all my questions with lovely attitudes.🙂 The apartment was great, spacious, clean lovely. 👌 A/C plus 🙂 nice view of the beach ⛱️ from our balcony. Poolside was lovely, spa gorgeous 😍 Plenty of poolside lounge chairs to relax on🙂🤩 The whole experience was beautiful 🙂😘💕🧡 💕🩵🙏

The underground parking to the apartments, doesn't have a lift to any apartments😦😧😯. So if you are up 3 . 4..5.. levels, you have to drag your luggage, suitcases 🧳 up the stairwell, 😦😧☹️😮 That's no easy feat in itself 🙁 Certainly not suitable for older seniors. Young families with little ones. Unless they can be on the ground floor. Other than that, we had a wonderful.stay . If it wasn't for the absence of lifts, I'd bring my family with their children, babies there gladly I have to say, with sadness 😔 we will look at other places. 🙂🩷🩵🙏

Perfect location, great view, pool and spa were a hit, unit was well-sized and well-appointed, very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean (not all top floor units would have this view).

Air con only in main living area (not in bedrooms) - didn't matter in winter but in Summer wouldn't be ideal. Ceiling fans were a bit noisy. Check in was painful. Reception was meant to be open until 5 but was closed when we arrived at 4:50pm. It took about 45mins and multiple calls to the after-hours number to get the code to the lock box so that we could get our key.

Bruna on reception was bright, friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Location is fantastic. The weather wasn't great for the beach or the pool unfortunately but they both looked lovely. We would definitely stay there again.

All properties in the great locations suffer from the noise from the streets, construction work, deliveries and rubbish removal. So it is a little noisy at times.

This has been our go to stay for the last few summers and you just can't find anywhere better. From the price, size of apartment, pool area to relax in, bbq area and grass area if visiting family come for a bbq. This place is only 1 block back from the beach, but multiple restaurants, what more could you ask for on a beach getaway!

Yes it's dated, so had a fan working glitches, but the staff members found someone to come fix it within 24hrs, so can't complain about that.
