We absolutely love this place. We were here for two weeks of our honeymoon in December and got the best service from Brad. We got an upgrade which made our stay even better. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the pool area is very nice and water is warm. The complex is close to the beach (one of the best beaches we visited!) and within walking distance to Coolangatta. When looking at a map you'd think that the highway and airport would cause noise, but that's not the case at all. If we ever come back to Gold Coast we'll make sure to book this place again. ❤️

Excellent location in a very quiet area (especially considering we stayed over the weekend prior to Christmas!) From our balcony we could see the beach pathway so was only a 2-3 minute walk from the beach and North Kirra SLC. Secure entryway & underground parking, wonderfully functional living space including fully stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was great! Did not use the pool but it looked like a nice spot to lounge. Outdoor bbq facility available by the pool as well. Brad was very kind and efficient with our check-in. I'd highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and fully equipped apartment close to the beach yet just beyond the busier areas of Kirra & Coolangata!

Not a dislike but a tip for international travelers such as ourselves.. You may need to phone Brad upon arrival to enter the complex if he is busy away from the desk, so if you don't have an Australian phone plan (we did not..) I'd recommend arranging something with him prior to your arrival to ensure he's able to let you in the gate when you arrive 🙂

Spacious apartment and large balcony, lovely friendly management team, very comfortable bed, secure undercover parking and internal access to the apartment, excellent communication re check-in arrangements, lovely tropical garden setting around the pool

no lift access to apartment and the stairs/stairwell felt old and dated and filled with copious cooking smells from other residents - ventilation in the stairwells would be a good improvement quite noisy from local traffic overnight but hard to avoid in this area

Absolutely one of the best apartments I've stayed in. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Everything you think you might need in an apartment, was supplied. They had thought of everything! It is so close to the beach and a 2 minute drive to the airport. Security was excellent, directions into the carpark and instructions on leaving were simple to follow and Brad was such a nice man. I would love to stay here again.

Everything was perfect

Our unit was immaculate and very spacious. Everything we needed was provided. Brad was a helpful and responsive host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also, the fact that there is only stair access from the carpark up is clearly stated in the description is EXTREMELY appreciated as I have been caught out by this before when travelling with a Senior.

We have no complaints. In what was obviously a very busy period everything went smoothly.

Location, convenience, pool, washing machine and dryer!!! friendly and helpful staff. Malissa was so super friendly and helpful, nothing was an issue and she was so accommodating, especially for us and our two kids. What a perfect place for a family holiday. Such an ideal location around the corner from beach, park and surf club. Short walk to shops and bus stop. We were even able to walk to airport (saving us the hassle of working out how to get everyone/everything there). We will definitely be back!

Can’t fault. Literally had everything we needed and if we needed something it wasn’t a problem for Malissa to help.

Brad, the property manager is a great guy. Nothing seems too much effort for him. The room was large and well equipped. Some places have the bare minimum but this place had all the cooking equipment, heaps of spare cutlery and crockery, the bed was great, just everything worked and was well thought out. Pool was great and they even have a community garden where we picked some basil for our dinner. Great value for what you get

Nothing really

The location is good, very close to Gold Coast Airport (3-5 mins' drive). Easy to get to the downtown and all the other attraction sites. Brad, the manager, is super friendly and helpful. He provides a lot of valuable suggestions on where to go and what needs to be aware of in advance to our little adventures. Besides, the two kitties (Bila and Vista) provide additional fun to our family's stay. The two brothers are a good combination of shy and outgoing.

We have nothing to complain about.

this is the second time we visited Kirra Beach and first time stayed at Bila Vista as we want to be near to Coolanggata, Kirra Beach and Gold Coast airport. Bila Vista met all the requirements in term of location. The managemnet team were very helpful. We have at least 4 hours to wait before check in airport and we were welcome to use pool facilities. The complex is quiet and safe and the pool is very clean. It is a heated outdoor pool with salt water. There is. also a spa. We will stay there again and would recommend to our friends.

Friendly staff, great facilities and so easy to get everywhere I needed to go. Enjoyed it so much, will be staying there again.

Only mention would be the stairwell lights going out to quickly, but maybe that's because I'm a bit slow on stairs!
