A nice building in a great location. Close to all of Kirras new restaurant and bars and easy access to beach. Room had great views, spacious and in good repair. The room has a coffee pod machine and I was surprised they still give you bushels instant coffee sachet and make you pay for pods if you want them. For the luxury I feel I would suggest they should provide you a starter option with 4 pods - was weird that they didn't. We didn't receive any dishwashing powder for dishwasher and across 7 nights there was no mid stay service. I just think these small things count when you pay a premium rate in a nice building like Nirvana. Staff very friendly and welcoming

I thought the level of consumables and amenities was a bit light on and certainly feel a mid stay service is needed when staying 7 nights. Replacement towels, sheets is all part of a luxury apartment building stay

Family friendly and well located. Facilities are reasonable. Staff are attentive and provide excellent customer service. Our apartment was clean, bright and well maintained. Equipment all functioned, and adequate kitchenware was available for use. Rooms were spacious with TV's in each, and our room had decent separation between kids and main. We had late check-in that went smoothly and was easy to follow. Cot for baby was ready on arrival. We're keen to return.

It's hard to find one, but if I had to be picky the pool/spa is a little difficult for parents to watch from poolside. Still solid 9/10 on facilities though.

Sub penthouse pool not heated but stated it was heated. Double bed in sub penthouse but normal 2 bedroom apartment had queen bed - didn’t make sense 🤷‍♀️ was not sound proof and could clearly hear people talking in hallway near lift when in room.

Location was perfect. Great views, Close to shops and foodies. Room had plenty of room with plenty of crockery and glasses etc. Rooms are very quiet.

Windows needed cleaning on verandah and outside. Not enough dishwashing detergent or dish machine detergent. One big problem with the room is the glassed bathroom area in the main bedroom. Its great having a view if you're in the bath or in the shower however i doubt that there would too many people that enjoy lying in bed and seeing their partner or spouse on the throne. Ideally a blind should be installed. Also i am certain that there has been plenty of people who have smashed their faces into the glass walls when turning from the basins or toilet. I did it twice and not softly may i add. The glass needs to have frosting or markings on the surface at eye level to remind you of what you might whack into.

Great location and facilities were excellent. Room was a nice size for four people and bed comfortable.

Balcony table had so much dirt and dust on it that it required a good clean to be able to use it. The blinds in the lounge room are mouldy and dirty on the bottom. Both showers leaked a lot of water and the ensuite shower leaked so bad it ran onto carpet. Some upgrade and maintenance required for dings in walls and bad paint patch ups.

It was an excellent location. Close proximity to the beach and many facilities and services. The 2 bedroom unit was a good size with a private plunge pool, good size balcony with ocean views. The indoor spa too had views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allocated our own car park in the underground parking.

We were placed on the 2nd floor which unfortunately was the thoroughfare to the communal lap pool and spa so it was a little noisy until the pool closed.

This is a beautiful comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Great kitchen bathroom and small laundry. Equiped with washing machine, drier and dishwasher. Effective air conditioning. Nice view of beach and boardwalk. Cafe down stairs selling good coffee. 15min walk to get grocery supplies. Safe parking in basement.

In the main bedroom on suite there is a thin window which runs from roof to the basin. Light streams into the bedroom. Also your night time shower privacy is a little compromised. I suppose you would get use to it eventually.

the location, the pool and spa

The cleanliness around the bathroom. the shower traps on the floor were full of hair and grime. Also the seal around the shower needs a good clean. the shower tiles could also do with some bleach or exit mould

Location, location, location and the facilities were great

Apartment needed a proper clean - there were multiple wads of hair stuck in the carpet and lots of dust around, quality of furniture/fittings below expectation (much lower quality than the previous stay in a different apartment earlier this year). Wished there was a king size bed in master bedroom. Hot water took forever to heat up - especially in the kitchen.

The property was excellent, staff are lovely, location and views spectacular, perfect beach holiday. Kitchen was equipped could use with extra cutlery and dining ware to reduce the amount of hand washing required. But overall fantastic

The air conditioner was lacking even after following instructions and keeping all doors close it was very poor in keeping the apartment cool we end up turning it off and resorted to keeping balcony doors open at night for the sea breeze.
