The location of Point North was fantastic with everything we needed within walking distance. It is directly across the road from the Coolangatta Surf Club and above a very nice shopping centre. The apartment was well appointed and the kitchen had everything you would need for self catering. Receptions staff were very welcoming and professional and the building felt very secure. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning, and it really added a special touch to our holiday. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—exceptionally close to shops, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. It made our holiday so much more convenient and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Everything was just perfect. The beds and bedding were super clean and exceptionally comfortable. WiFi signal was strong and always available. The unit was spacious nicely decorated and clean. The location is amazing you sit on top of a shopping centre and there are many restaurants around within walking distance. In addition we had a nice view of Coolangatta from the veranda which to my mind is just as impressive if not more than the ocean view, so I was really pleased taking that choice. Key pickup and car parking is really easy there is a drive through where you can pull in, walk straight to reception pick up your keys and then you just loop out and down into the carpark. Everything was smooth, easy to understand and seamless. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Some of the kitchen cupboards were a bit wonky and you had to be really careful in opening and closing them as they felt like they were falling apart. But this was trivial compared to all the greatness offered by the unit.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was ready early. Clean and tidy apartment with lots of utensils, dinnerware, cups and glasses. To start you off toilet paper, dishwashing liquid etc. included. Excellent location with everything in walking distance, love the access to the shops and car park, too easy. The view is stunning!

Curtains in bedrooms need to be updated as they’re a bit small and coverage isn’t great. I could see a lot of mould in the air conditioner, we didn’t use it. Big sliding doors to take in the fresh air to cool down the apartment after the morning sun.

walked into our apartment and were immediately captivated by the ocean view and beautiful balcony overlooking the beach with views all the way up to Surfers Paradise! The light filled apartment was so clean, filled with modern furniture and appliances, and comfy beds. We loved playing tennis and the pool and spa were so nice and warm. We are looking forward to booking our next holiday staying here!

If I had to find something, the pool area is a little dated aesthetically, but the pool and spa were in perfect working order and nice and warm (we visited in winter).

Apartment seemed newly renovated and was amazingly clean and everything looked near brand new. Even had the mod-cons of water dispenser on fridge, induction cooktop, multi function oven and washing machine (which I didn't use). We will be going back and specifically requesting this apartment again. View right over Coolangatta Surf Life Saving Club with beach and sea views was amazing, watching surfers and saw whales everyday. Pool area with spa, sauna, tennis courts were spotless and my husband even commented on how clean the bbq area was and it was in excellent condition. Providing everything needed to cook and easily clean up after your use. Staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful whenever we needed their assistance. We will be going back and staying here again. I won't bother looking around at other apartment buildings as we found the best right here at Points North. Loved it!!

If they're renovating more apartments in the future, to make sure your bathroom tiler knows to place the drainage square in the direction the water leaks under the shower door. We had to mop up the floor every morning with a squeegee (which was provided) as the shower leaked quite a bit which seems standard with glass doors. However the water drained in the wrong direction of where the square drainage hole was placed. Knit picking maybe but something that can be avoided with future reno's.

Excellent location, staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Apartment had everything needed for a week stay to dine in but Woolworths, Shopping centre, beach, cafes, restaurants, Cinemas, Timezone playground and walking/bike paths all 5min away. Pool/ Spa/ Sauna/ tennis court and bbq all well kept. Lifts fast, parking secure and included. We were all sad to leave.

everything was great , the views from our 2 bedroom apartment were sensational , the staff at check in were wonderful and friendly , the room was ready early , (bonus ),the pool, tennis courts and surrounds were very neat and clean. access to shops through the apartments was easy , cafes , beach and restaurants all within walking distance and parking was included in the price , not like other establishments where they charge an arm and a leg extra to park. perfect weekend getaway for the family. will definitley stay there again.

The room was recently renovated, so it was very welcoming. Coolangatta has the best beach, there's plenty to do here and the location of ocean plaza is perfect, especially to walk and explore.

The new air conditioner in the living room seemed to smell musty after running for a while, not sure why, but nothing the ocean breeze couldn't fix. The towels must have been new and left a residue of fluff on our skin.

Everything: staff, location, the unit itself and one of the best views in Cooly. Was supposed to stay 3 days and extended to 7, staff were so helpful, lovely people. We go to Coolangatta a lot and this is definitely the pick for a family with small children, the units are super spacious well equipped kitchens, lovely pool and the building is above the shopping centre you can cook as little or as much as you need, supermarket, restaurants and shops are accessible from the lift. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the best end of year ever!
