Location great. Fairly clean. Everything there to cook. Though we mostly ate out. Location - above shops, and cafes, eating places So handy. The Beach was across the road. Staff - friendly and helpful. Main bedroom bed - was very comfortable and clean. Lounges - comfortable and modern. Decor - was neutral and nice. TV good. Included Foxtel, which was a bonus. Wifi - worked well. We were happy with had a parking spot and the park was near the lifts.

Weather. Rained almost whole time we were there unfortunately. But thankfully, hotel right above a shopping centre. Bathrooms - in room we were allocated - Are run down. Rust marks. Old floor tiles. Vanity and floor and showers need a renovation. Shower - in ensuite - had a constant drip, and we could not turn it off. It was dripping when we checked in. Body wash - was none Shower cap - There was none Complimentary Toothbrushes - none. We did not have a beach view, but a nice view of the pool area.

Apartment was beautiful. Its not often you get the one in the pictures as they usually show the best, and I was blown away by how nice it was! Bed was super comfy! Wonderful size and everything you need to be self sufficient if needed. Loved the added touches such as boogie boards and swim floats people had probably left for others to use. The pool was warm enough to swim in winter which was amazing as they often aren't when they state "heated"! Will definitely return. Perfect for a family vacation with kids, immediate access to shops without even leaving the building, all restaurants and beach on your doorstep, couldn't have asked for more.

We recently spent 2 nights at North Point Apartments and had an absolutely fantastic stay. Being up on the 21st floor, we were treated to incredible views of both the beach and the city—the perfect way to start and end each day. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed, including a full-sized stove and hot plates, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. The bathrooms were beautiful, with a large, lovely bath that was perfect for relaxing. Another great bonus was the free underground parking for two cars, which made things super convenient for our group. Overall, we were really impressed with the comfort, amenities, and stunning views. Highly recommend staying here—we’d definitely come back!

The location is perfect, across from the beach, surf club and above the shopping centre, walkable to all cafes and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, being an older style and generally it contained comfortable furniture for the stay

A few things didn't work - the TV remote is 10 years old or more and you could barely move a channel pressing the button endlessly - a $20 fix. The air conditioner wouldn't heat, which we need on a cold night. The shower head in the main bathroom wasn't working well, it dribbled downwards making it hard to use.

The location of Point North was fantastic with everything we needed within walking distance. It is directly across the road from the Coolangatta Surf Club and above a very nice shopping centre. The apartment was well appointed and the kitchen had everything you would need for self catering. Receptions staff were very welcoming and professional and the building felt very secure. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning, and it really added a special touch to our holiday. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—exceptionally close to shops, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. It made our holiday so much more convenient and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Everything was just perfect. The beds and bedding were super clean and exceptionally comfortable. WiFi signal was strong and always available. The unit was spacious nicely decorated and clean. The location is amazing you sit on top of a shopping centre and there are many restaurants around within walking distance. In addition we had a nice view of Coolangatta from the veranda which to my mind is just as impressive if not more than the ocean view, so I was really pleased taking that choice. Key pickup and car parking is really easy there is a drive through where you can pull in, walk straight to reception pick up your keys and then you just loop out and down into the carpark. Everything was smooth, easy to understand and seamless. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Some of the kitchen cupboards were a bit wonky and you had to be really careful in opening and closing them as they felt like they were falling apart. But this was trivial compared to all the greatness offered by the unit.

walked into our apartment and were immediately captivated by the ocean view and beautiful balcony overlooking the beach with views all the way up to Surfers Paradise! The light filled apartment was so clean, filled with modern furniture and appliances, and comfy beds. We loved playing tennis and the pool and spa were so nice and warm. We are looking forward to booking our next holiday staying here!

If I had to find something, the pool area is a little dated aesthetically, but the pool and spa were in perfect working order and nice and warm (we visited in winter).

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was ready early. Clean and tidy apartment with lots of utensils, dinnerware, cups and glasses. To start you off toilet paper, dishwashing liquid etc. included. Excellent location with everything in walking distance, love the access to the shops and car park, too easy. The view is stunning!

Curtains in bedrooms need to be updated as they’re a bit small and coverage isn’t great. I could see a lot of mould in the air conditioner, we didn’t use it. Big sliding doors to take in the fresh air to cool down the apartment after the morning sun.

The apartment was spacious and fully equipped, making it perfect for a relaxing long stay - unfortunately we were only there for 3 nights. I had read great things about the staff beforehand, and they truly lived up to these expectations —providing the kind of attentive, thoughtful service that makes a stay memorable. Thank you for helping make our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
