The property was gorgeous, unfortunately the weather prevented me from swimming in the beautiful pool, however, my purpose for travel was my sisters wedding in QLD and this place meant I was able to stay and visit both NSW & QLD. The staff were gorgeous and super helpful, the bed was amazingly comfortable. Room amenities were perfect for any length of stay and the room, linen and bathroom were all very clean and well maintained. Despite the huts having 3 seperate rooms attached to each other, I did not hear noise from anyone else. The close camp grounds were also quiet and added to the “holiday” feel. I really enjoyed my time there and would absolutely stay again if I’m back in the area!

Parking was a bit “all over the place” however there were plenty of spaces and areas to park, my only suggestion would be that they’re labeled so there’s no confusion on who parks where. But this didn’t really hinder the experience because, as I said, there were plenty of spots to pop a car if needed

Close to our bike rides, comfortable, had everything I needed.

First night was quiet, second night, people in the other half of the cabin had moved in, and the sound of furniture moving and/or people moving went on till about 11.30pm, disturbing my sleep, as in not able to sleep until they finally stopped. Screen door was almost impossible to open and close, I tried but it was stuck on the rails, once I did get it open l left it that way. No bedside lamp was provided, when I went to ask for one l was told they do not supply them. I would expect to have one.

Beds were very comfortable. Deck was lovely except that there were only two chairs for three of us.

There was some confusion with booking. I think the booking company deliberately deceived me by telling me the discounted price did not include a kitchenette or air con. There had been some recent renovations, but the general condition of laminated surfaces was poor. The website didn't make it clear that the bunks were only meant for children.

Unit was good size. Facilities were great. Bed was very comfortable. Easy access and sealed parking. Very little traffic noise and location is close to Pacific Highway. Well maintained site.

A sealed path to the front entrance would be an advantage rather than dragging your stuff through wet grass. More cover over the front entrance would be a great advantage in wet weather, in fact if the deck had a cover it would enhance the use of it. Covered car parking would also be a great asset. A bigger bottom sheet on the bed so it could be properly tucked under the mattress would be much better.

Seamless check in and out , which can all be done without office staff presents, as we arrived later than office hours and check out earlier to catch morning flight. Nice cabin and nearby to airport just a 10mins drive. Staff are responsive to message in app. They prepared maps and some info for travellers as well. Thank you for their forgiveness in the incident where we accidentally broke a wine glass. So sorry for that.

The toilet is a bit old and think might need some refurbishment. Tiles in toilet broken a little but still not too bad of condition.Bed a bit too soft for me.

There was an issue with my room. Instead of dismissing me, the staff responded with the upmost consideration and help. I was moved to another room and was assisted in everyway.

There was sign saying I could follow a path to get beach access, but the lock on the gate seemed to have been there a longtime and the sign not updated/ removed

I was visiting my mother in hospital and my parents home is just up the road so it was very close to everywhere I needed to go.The room and facilities were very clean ,showers hot and good pressure,the bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful,no complaints from me.thankyou for the stay.☺️

The heating took a little while to warm cabin though once warmed it was very comfortable.definitely not a deal breaker.☺️

The Place was clean the bed comfy and the shower had great pressure. It was a little old but I had stayed here before so I knew what it was like and I like the shape of the hut/ half hut cabin accommodation.

It could have done with more blankets. It was warm enough but happened to be raining the night I stayed so an extra blanket would have been nice to snuggle into rather than just a simgle dooner for a double bed.

nicely set out. very clean inside and out. easy walk or quick drive to pub or other direction to beach. parking right at our door. studio cabin was neat, clean and tidy well lit, great shower and adequate meal prep facilities. enjoyed a coffee on didn’t really explore facilities as we arrived on dark & left next morning.

arrival receptionist didn’t explain boom gate procedure! small feature missing which we always appreciate is a bedside table and lamp. had to get out of bed to turn out light. location of power points not very practical-it was tricky to boil the kettle.

Nice, large comfortable cabin, with good ambience. Good size bathroom with ample products. Practical kitchenette and comfortable seating. Bed was comfortable.

If I was being picky, I think the Bathroom needs a few more hooks to hang damp towels. There was only one bedside table. Airconditioner needs cleaning. Only one chair outside. Curtains need replacing.
