Larger than expected room, we had a twin with a queen and large single bed, clean and comfortable, easy check in, and friendly staff. Easy walking distance to Twin Towns, Tweed shops &Coolangatta. Good value for a one night stopover compared to other options in the area.

Nothing really. It's on a busy main road so some traffic noise is to be expected, however this is an observation rather than a dislike, and it didn't really detract from our stay.Just something for people to be aware of.

What a nice, no ,very nice place. Very well maintained(no paint brush marks on the coloured tiles,skirting boards, architraves etc. here), no swollen chipboard bench tops here, just clean and well maintained room. Spacious and well appointed by someone with a good eye for interior decoration. We would stay again.

The room was on a major road so we did hear the weekend hoons and ambulances(but noise was not sleep preventing). Bathroom light switch outside of bathroom.

Continental breakfast very convenient and economical @ $9 ea. Breakfast room is pretty small and every table was taken on our morning due to full house the night before (all attended same show at Twin Towns no doubt). Good selection of cereals (even coco pops!!) breads for toast and spreads.

There is a bucket to put your dirty dishes in, but no sink etc to pour out any liquid (coffee, milk from cereal) or get a cloth to wipe tables down etc. First world problem but my friend who is very hygiene aware was quite surprised.

The location is perfect. Right next to Tweed Marina and an easy drive to Coolangata and other beaches. The pool was very well maintained and nice. The rooms ammenities and facilities are nice. Staff members were very helpful and always greets you with a lovely smile !!

The bathroom door and it’s lock was a nightmare. It locked me in twice. But to be fair , I didn’t report it to be fixed as it didn’t bother me that much. May be worth a check on arrival when travelling with family/ friends.

Check in was quick and easy. The owners/reception where friendly and easy to talk with. For an older Motel the facilities where great, room was clean and very comfortable and quiet, considering it is near a main road, did not hear any traffic noise. Short walk to Twin Towns, so was able to leave the car at Motel. Major shopping centre and other restaurants/cafes near by. Went to Kingscliff Beach next morning for beach walk and breakfast/coffee, only a 10 minute drive. What a beautiful place.

Shane, the manager, made great efforts to provide access for a power wheelchair once we identified the possible damage to the aluminium tracks. Actual facilities for disabled are limited….reads well until tested. Once again Shane proved his goodwill and ‘can do ‘ attitude by arranging additional car park to accommodate a side opening ramp.

No flat access to room. Bathroom not really accessible, just a grab rail beside the toilet. Didn’t meet up to “facilities for disabled” expectations.the

Room was clean and there were sufficient towels for all of us. Parking was good as all the spaces were in front of our hotel and we could simply walk between them. The mirror was excellent for when we got ready for our wedding.

Nothing major at all. But there were only a single and double bed option for the three of us to stay at the hotel. A better alternative would have been three singles for all three of us to sleep in. Not a big deal though

Great location. Staff super friendly. Beds were nice n comfy. Large room with plenty of space. Ample parking.

No big issue. The hot water to the shower took a while to come through, like probably 1-2 minutes that I thought there was no hot water. So might get a bit cold in winter standing in shower waiting for it But was very hot and good when it did work.

The room was great, i could live in it. Bed was comfortable & i slept well. Very clean , personally i didn't like the air freshener used, but that's me. Could have an explanation of what a continental breakfast is as i would not have ordered it for what it was.

Our stay in a 2-bedroom for 2 nights was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect close to everything. We loved it! We stayed here 3months ago, we absolutely love it here 😄 such a great stop in spot highly recommend it 👌🏽

Getting woke up by some lady screaming at the top of her lungs outside our bedroom window at 2am - carrying on that she booking a room at sometime before that, and wanted to get the keys right then their on a Sunday morning at 2am 😳🤦🏽‍♀️
