I’ve stayed here twice in May, and both visits were fantastic. Great value for money with all the comforts you’d expect—and then some! My harbour view room was a standout; waking up to that view was such a treat. The team are friendly, professional, and make you feel genuinely welcome. Despite being in the heart of the city, the room was peaceful and quiet—I slept like a dream. A great stay all around. Bonus tip: Don’t miss the Kings Cross Market every Saturday in Potts Point! Held in Fitzroy Gardens on Macleay Street from 8:00am to 2:00pm, it’s a local gem featuring gourmet produce, artisan food stalls, designer goods, and art from local creatives—perfect for a relaxed weekend morning.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet had many options of hot and cold items. I loved the location even though it wasn’t near the downtown waterfront. The neighborhood had a comfortable safe neighborhood feel that we took advantage of and walked all around. The hop on hop off bus was directly across the street as were two grocery stores. Lots of other shops and restaurants as well. We were able to use the bus to get back and forth to the touristy sites at the waterfront easily and then enjoy the quietness of the location of the hotel. The staff, grace alex and ally were the absolute best. Grace and ally were so welcoming and they deserve a raise after the night we had. They were absolutely amazing and super kind, helpful and extremely friendly + generous. Alex at reception was fantastic, he was absolutely lovely and provided fabulous suggestions to make our night perfect.

The girl receptionist was rude I don’t recall her name but it was not grace or ally as they were amazing bar tenders and even assisted with late check out. Also the room absolutely reeked of cleaning products.

Room was good and check in staff good, Grace and her colleagues in the dining/bar area were excekkent. Quallity of food served was excellent at breakfast and dinner. Howver the dinner menu stayed the same perhaps a daliy special menu boardcovering a couple of dinner selections would be a good idea. We ate breakfast and dinner on our stay of 2 nights.

Price of room a little on the high side given the location of the hotel-willing to pay say about 10% less say around AUD 350 per night.

Staff were amazing, allowed us to check in early and check out late. Room service was delicious and all staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was a great size for 4 people and had everything we needed. Location was perfect with many cafes, fast food and supermarkets nearby. Train station to city and airport also right there! Everything about this hotel made our trip so easy and stress free

My only complaint and it was nothing major, was the water pressure in the bathroom sink needed fixing and the shower head was very high and not adjustable! The elevator also felt/sounded like it was going to break down but never did.

The view if the opera house and Harbour Bridge was fantastic. The location meant it was a lovely 25min stroll past the warships and through the botanic Gardens to get down to the opera house and circular Quay. They gave the kids free ice cream literally 24/7 so my children thought it was fantastic!

The sofa bed in our suite wasn't really big enough for our kids to share comfortably. We'd been in places previously where the sofa bed was a different design and gave them ample space. If 2 adults were sharing it I doubt it would be big enough.

Very well situated. Within walking distance of areas I needed to visit and also to transport. Very comfortable room and surprisingly large with a very nice view over the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Bathroom was clean, well-kept and well stocked. All hotel personnel I dealt with were polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room was very poor at times. I lost a consultation and fee (although that was later refunded) because the hotel Wi-Fi kept cutting out. The front desk was able to have the signal to my room 'boosted', but that only seemed to last a couple of hours. I think that considering the price of the room Wi-Fi these days, should not be an issue. I think the breakfast buffet - for a price of $30 at the time of visiting - was pretty under par and needs improvement. It was the usual fairly bland, uninspiring bane-marie buffet although I think an omelette freshly cooked was available. I was disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hospitality was top-notch—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. One of the biggest perks was the location—right across the road from public transport, which made getting around the city effortless.

Location is excellent. So many bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and grocery stores nearby. Not touristy though. Local businesses. Also the Kings Cross markets have great breakfast options and the best cakes. Train station right next door.

There is no nice place to sit for a night cap on the way back in from dinner. A cosy corner with some lounge chairs and low lighting would be great. Not so pleasant sitting at the breakfast tables.

The staff were extremely friendly. The room was generously sized and the view was amazing! The bathroom was big with lots of bench space and the water pressure was really good. The carpark was easy to access, with large spaces to accomodate our SUV. The hotel is so close to Kings Cross and the train station entrance is next to the hotel so super convenient. I’d stay again!
