Location & coffee machine was great to have even thought we didn’t use it was still good to have.

The bed legs were broken on the main bed so didn’t get much sleep at all, which was a bit of waste of money staying there for the amount we paid I feel like it should of had all facilities in working order.

Great location - a very short distance walk from Kings Cross train station. Nice area. There is a Harris Farms supermarket very close to buy food - and enough things in the unit to cook/store food. (FYI It is a very expensive supermarket though). The room was spacious. The view from the rooftop terrace is great.

The rooftop terrace has very limited times it is open which was disappointing. It is only open until when staff are at reception (until 6pm weekdays, 4pm Saturday and 2pm Sunday). This means you can never sit out there in the evening and it is mostly too sunny in the day with limited sun cover.

Great spot and lovely art deco detailing and great apartment set up. Really enjoyed the location too, so easy to see our Paddo / Potts Point family and also head into the CBD.

My only issue was that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any dish cleaner or teatowels. There was a dishwasher but no powder or tablets to use - for a short stay this is a lot to spend to keep dishes clean. Plus the mattress needs replacing with a big dip on one side, if it was my partner and I it would have been very uncomfortable in the one bed. But otherwise thought it was great and will likely be back, just addressing these issues in advance if we do!

The check in was smooth, room spacious and kitchen well equipped. Location was amazing! We even got our laundry done just around the corner! It had everything we needed from Haris Farm Market to kids play ground to gelato shops and even a metro Woolies in walking distance. Over night parking for a fee, was a few steps away too!

We saw guests bringing in pets.....didn't realise pets were allowed in the rooms. We love pets but to keep them in small confined spaces was a bit much for us out of towners. Weekend nights get a bit loud as it seems to be a hub for party goers.. we just kept our windows closed which helped.

Great to have access to a fully fitted gym rather than a half fitness centre that most other accommodation provides. The roof terrace looked like a lovely spot to hang out on but unfortunately weather rainy for me. Access was simple after reception was closed. Great coffee nearby

Internet connection dropped out regularly. The toilet flush seemed to keep going after initial flush, couldn’t switch off creating noise. Getting into Sydney opera house and bridge climb and back was a bit further out. People could see in from the street not a massive problem, but I did forget once after a shower 🙃

Loved the location! Lovely and sunny in the kitchen in the morning!. Comfortable beds. All the amenities provided! The staff were very friendly and helpful .Great view from the window of the street below and fantastic coffee at the cafe PINA below! Would definetly stay again!

Just needed a little maintenance with some lights not working and a broken window in the bathroom ! Also would have loved to have the roof deck open a bit later so you could go up at night!

A nice art deco building in a good location - a quiet street, close to King's Cross station, supermarkets, shops and cafes. The views from the front windows of the city and street below were excellent. The room was spacious and the reception staff were also friendly and helpful.

Some of the facilities in the room were a bit tired and in need of repair or update. Kitchen equipment and supplies were somewhat limited.

everything. Staffs are friendly & helpfull, room r very spacious for 4 of us. Apartment literally have everything we need, complete set of kitchen utensils made our stay so much more enjoyable. We definitely will be back again to stay here!

Couple of stairs from front area to lobby but it doesn’t really bother us. Kitchen area somehow feels heat a little bit as it was not exposed with AC directly. Probably during summer it’s getting hotter.

Lovely place with wonderful original features in a great area. Room was spacious and well appointed. Good value for money! Fantastic staff.

The room was a little tired and could do with a bit of fixing up, eg on broken hinges, the well-used kitchen to make it an even better space. It was a shame that the rooftop and luggage storage are only available when the reception is open (especially short hours on weekends), but this is clearly communicated.

we have watched the renovation of Regents since first visiting our son in Rushcutters for 5 years. Alex in the office gave us a quick tour when we dropped in one day and she is still there. Special bouquets for Josh, John and Alex who looked after us so well. We will be back providing we can book room 21. To the Owner, well done and thank you . mOh, and keep those three professionals in the office please they are worth their weight in platinum!
