We had secure parking with unit, 2 car spaces. We were on the 7th floor with 2 balconies overlooking the bridge and the entrance to the lakes. Very nice view with good chairs to lounge on plus outside table and chairs. The sun was off the balconies by about lunch time so we never suffered from too much heat. Very comfortable lounge area with huge TV. Bedroom had good firm bed. Plenty of hot water and very good water pressure in shower.

The curtains in the bed room and the main lounge have shrunk, this needs to be addressed to make it dark early in the morning as the sun hits full on across the apartment. I was unable to tell anyone as I never saw anyone around.

Can’t beat the location. Close to cafés/pub/restaurants.

Our Saturday night, nearby neighbours on the same floor were having a very loud party/karaoke? The noise travels straight under and around the doors. They were obviously not worried about disturbing the neighbours. I’m sure the whole building heard them. Didn’t see the point in trying to find out how/who to contact about it. Luckily it was only one night of four. The other 3 were lovely peaceful nights.

We made our own breakfast in the apartment and sat on the balcony looking at the sun rise over the harbour. On the first night we had all our companions up for drinks on the balcony. Wonderful view from the penthouse. We ate at the bowling club for lunch and had some meals at the RSL. One evening we had our meal in the apartment. It is an exceptional place to stay and I would like to come again. The manager was very helpful, and when the garage door was not working she informed us immediately and opened it up. Nothing was too much bother for her.

Very clean. It was well supplied with everything needed, particularly the kitchen. We were impressed with the easy rubbish handling. There was a freezer in the basement for seafood scraps and a shute near the lifts for general waste. The views and easy access to everything were terrific

The only issue was traffic noise, being on the main road to the bridge. Not a biggie.

The entire process, booking, parking, access to lifts, access to all necessary amenities, ceiling fans in each room, very very clean linen , big bathrooms and rooms generally, wonderful view from the balcony, quiet. Couldn’t ask for better

Everything was perfect

Tuncurry is a wonderful place and the hotel is located opposite Wallis Lake with views across the estuary and out to sea. It is an amazing location and place, which we've been visiting for 50 years.

Superb support from Cherie the onsite manager, lovely service and patience with a disabled traveller. Facilities are great, fab view, parking is underground with internal lift access, no steps which is great though it can be a little tight when it is full. Shower in ensuite is larger than the master bath. Loved the view over the pool to the lake. Very comfy outdoor seating.

The AC in the lounge has a high pitch which is a bit offensive late at night or early in the morning when its quiet outside. Some kitchen condiments like salt and pepper and olive oil would be appreciated. More tea bags and more variety would be great. Second room has two singles good for a family with kids, not so much for two couples - would prefer the singles together as one bed. AC remote in second bed does not work, used the one from the main bed which was no drama.

The fact it was within walking distance to everything was a bonus! Receptionist was fantastic and the apartment itself was more than we asked for, exceeding our expectations!

Nothing could have been better except for a longer stay!

The location was stunning!!! We loved the apartment and there was plenty of space for a family of 6

There was rain while we stayed and we couldn't use the beautiful balcony on the penthouse because it has no roof. That was the only disappointment with the stay

Friendly staff. Beautiful view. Great location. Comfy beds. Clean bathrooms.

Busy road - traffic was loud and constant - could reduce it by closing windows and doors. Apartment parking was tight & tricky Showers and balcony had a small step - tricky for my elderly father.
