Loved the little fenced garden at the back for pets, however sliding door could not be locked leaving a gap for small dogs to go inside and out, (chain to short) but otherwise really fantastic stay. Fenced area fence is quite low so if you have a big dog next door could easily jump the fence into your area - just a note for small dog owners. Overiding those 2 factors, it is extremely rare and valuable to have your own fenced grassed area. Beautiful clean room, comfortable bed, easy parking, RSL with fantastic Asian and Australian cuisine directly across the road. Easy check in and out. Very surprised and would stay again.

Sliding door latch could have been a tad longer allowing smaller dogs access to outside during the nights instead of leaving sliding door open. Fence a little low to feel safe should you have a big over friendly dog next door

The best pet friendly motel I have stayed at recently. Very convenient to shops, coffee shops, headlands and beach walks. Love the separate back yards for the dogs and the rooms are clean, immaculate and well fitted out with essential cutlery, cups, glasses and plates to make your stay economical and comfortable with woolies just 5 mins away. We unfortunately didn’t get to eat at the Diggers club accross the road, but will next time - we will be back for sure!

The room was quite a bit more spacious than some motels we’ve stayed at and also very clean and well equipped with crockery, cutlery, microwave. We had a pet friendly room and loved the individually fenced patios from each room, complete with grass, dog bags and bowls. The grounds are extremely tidy and well maintained. So much nicer than some of the pet friendly motels we’ve stayed at - the rooms have been specifically set up to be pet friendly so you feel welcome.

The rooms do face a fairly busy road, but once inside, we didn’t notice it.

Easy self checkin. Pet friendly. Clean and tidy. Cups plates cutlery and microwave. Individual pet yards connected to rooms with bowls supplied. Good location next to club and a short walk to beach and shops.

Bottom of vanity showed wear and should be replaced or repaired. Back corner gap in pet enclosure should be smaller as I believe my Maltese shitzu could have gotten through. Just needs an extra bar in place. Probably good for most dogs but not my escape artist. Towels could be renewed, although they felt soft and fresh they were quite pulled.

Absolutely everything! Would highly recommend this one to all pet loving travelers. The fur babies were able to go out and in whenever they needed or wanted to.. much easier for the pawents when we are exhausted from the road trip.. the facilities are beautiful and clean. The room is a great size, didn’t feel cramped. The pups slept well on their own beds with plenty of room for their bedding on floor.. no problem with tripping or squeezing around them… love how they provided water bowls, poo bags etc. Will definitely be back!

Loved being able to have our dog stay with us. It was also great meeting the "neighbours" aka other guests and their dogs. Nice and close to places to eat. Nice clean pool and neat grounds. I like the 2 or more nights discount, pleasant surprise.

Needed a spare roll of toilet paper in the cupboard and it would of been nice to have the sugar and coffee replaced daily. Or at least a knock on the door or a note so we could communicate any needs we had. And the rubbish bin needs to be emptied daily, we had ants crawling around it. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The most stylish dog-friendly motel I know, with the best dog accommodation - a small separately-fenced grassed yard for each room. The motel has a contact-free coded check-in system, which works well. This time I had to drop off bags early and found a lady cleaning who was most helpful in facilitating an early check-in.

The fellow next door had the television going all night - luckily the walls are brick, and of course not the motel's fault if the bed was so comfy he fell asleep...

Large spacious room, parking in front of room. Self check in and out (no staff). Shared backyard with friendly wildlife. Club across the road with all facilities. Felt safe and secure.

Slightly out of the main town and beach but easy enough to stroll too. There are no windows out the front or peephole. There is only windows/glass door at the rear. Couldn’t swim in pool. Pool had wild ducks in it and they had pooped throughout the pool. TIP - this can be managed with a product called “duck off”.

It was pet friendly and had specific rooms for pets. It was super easy self check in when we arrived which made everything smooth after a long day of driving. Although the motel seemed like it was on a main road, it was still quiet and you couldn’t hear the traffic. Staff are friendly and had a good chat with them in the morning. Showers were also great with good water pressure and plenty of space.
